Hotel
Was shut down and in terrible condition. Driveway blocked off, grass and weeds 3 feet tall roll coming off. It was disgusting.
Let me book a hotel that was closed down
That property doesn’t exist, this is a fraud, was send the property pictures to baton rogue police department
This property appears to be an abandoned hotel. The driveway entrances are barricaded, all of the lights are off, there are no personnel present, and the property seems to be condemned.
The hotel was closed
I didn't stay because this place is closed down , they took my money and now I'm waiting on a refund. I had a very difficult time to get this taken care of . This hotel needs to be removed off of hotels.com
Property is shut down but still accepting reservations be careful
It was not open. It should be removed from the listing.
The hotel was abandoned. I paid 191 for two nights and the entrances were blocked off with no lights and one car in the lot. I filed a dispute and will be getting my money back. I suggest taking these oyo hotels off of this app. I got scammed.
Pleaseeee do not book this room it will be extremely hard getting a refund and the kicker is:….THE OYO MEAD HOTEL LOCATION IS CLOSED DOWN! ABANDONED!!!! I made a six hr drive in town and upon arrival found out the hotel had been closed down for over a year! But they still accept bookings! Six other people pulled up during my attempt to get a refund and find somewhere else to stay for the night last minute.
I would give zero stars if I could. This property isn't even opened and getting oyo to do anything was a horrible experience
Upon arrival all the lights were out and the hotel has been shut down for over a year
No towels in my room. When i called to get some, i was told they didnt have any
Wi-Fi didn't work, ice machine was broken and looked like it had been for a while, toilet water was running constantly and TV did not work!
This hotel was disgusting. The room wasn’t clean we booked through Expedia and when we got there we had to call a number on the front glass and told them we had reservations through Expedia and all the guy said meet me at 230 and we met him he said the keys didn’t work so we would have to call the number to get someone to unlock the door. The tv doesn’t work 1 towel for 2 people and the room was gross we couldn’t even stay there and we didn’t get our money. We will never go there again
The service was perfect and friendly however the conditions were sub par with roaches and a room with a moldy shower and it looked nothing like the review pictures
This property did not have anyone at the front desk to check us in. Had to wait outside to be checked in after hours for about 20 minutes. Nice in the room , the blinds where falling off the window , the smell of the room was awful, the air conditioning was terrible 75 degrees in Louisiana heat. Awful experience. Bare electrical wires hanging out the socket and the TV DIDNT WORK.
It was dirty. One of the light fixtures was missing and the wires weren’t capped off. Writing all over the walls. Also shower faucet was broken.
The new employees make the check in a breeze
I didn’t like the fact of drug transactions being conducted outside my room door, the occupants in the adjoining room continuously tried to bust down the connecting doors and I stepped on a mound of dog poop next to my car.
