Nice and roomy
Pros:

Beautiful spacious cabin sometimes with a fireplace. Spacious bathrooms with hot water. Friendly staff. Adjoining restaurant in the lobby.

Sehr sauberes und neuwertiges Hotel mit Charme!
Die Zimmer sind gemütlich. Das Bad neu renoviert. Das Personal ist herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant bietet gute Speisen (vorwiegend Steaks aus regionalem Anbau) zu fairen Preisen an.
Die Gegend um das Hotel lädt zum Erkunden ein. Sehr nette Menschen! Zudem liegt das Hotel 10min vom Nationalpark Vulkan Poas entfernt.

It is quite dated and smells musty. It also needs a deep clean if not a complete reno. Heating is with either a wood burning fireplace with no screen or a space heater. We did not feel safe with the fireplace.

Beautiful place, with an amazing restaurant. We stayed there to visit the Poas volcano in the morning.
The TV system in our room didn't work but we didn't miss it much.

Nous avons eu un excellent accueil de la part du personnel du soir, aux petits soins pour nous et toujours prêts à rendre service.
Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux.

Proximité du volcan Poas

A cet endroit il fait froid et il n'y a pas de chauffage.

Il y avait un foyer mais la cheminée était obstrué, la fumée c'est retrouvé à l'intérieur de la chambre
