It was ok .
Pros:

I like the rooms between the ground up proses vines , some parts have a beautiful view , I was see the full moon and the sunrise.

Cons:

They don’t have clarification on the days is the spa open , only open from Thursday,Friday,. Saturday, I think they need to be more open and specific whether they are open their spot and some restaurants so then as I guess you planning your visit play my case I was staying in this hotel specific for the spa .

Relaxing, comfortable, and convenient stay!
Pros:

We have stayed here twice and have had good experiences. The first time we got a room upgrade and we loved the view of the vineyard from our room! The second time we got a standard room but with a small porch where we enjoyed a bottle of wine and charcuterie boxes. We had breakfast
at Fuego del Valle, the restaurant situated in the hotel, and loved the food! We definitely enjoyed the grounds and spa area.

Cons:

We were informed that if we were hotel guests we could have access to the spa pool but when my brother-in-law got in, they informed him that this pool was only for guests who were getting spa services. So the misinformation from staff did throw us off. Other than that, the hotel staff was very attentive.

A decent stay, would not stay there again. Too many problems with front desk issues.
Pros:

Beautiful grounds, peaceful and quiet

Cons:

The check in staff was not polite or welcoming. The restaurant was very good. Good food and pleasant and efficient waiters.
The toilet didn’t flush and was fixed upon complaint.
The screen door was extremely noisy when opening.
We had a room for 3 persons and 1 could not come due to an eminent death. I am still receiving notes from booking.com re the cancellation of the room for 3 to a room for 2 persons. I was requested to pay a large deposit and couldn’t receive the 600 ps overage unless I provided all my banking information. Not happy and I had a group of 5 ladies.
I booked rooms 9&10 received 6&7. Not good. Too many hassles with front desk and protocol.

Gorgeous property, incredible food in the restaurant. We heated up the fire outside our room and enjoyed the starlit sky. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Wine was more expensive than I expected for a vineyard. Lots of the amenities like spa and yoga room weren’t open and available since we weren’t there on the weekend and I thought that was a bummer.

Pleasant stay overall but would like to see the facilities functioning and or improved.

Property layout was great. Large areas to lounge and walk around. Pool area was very nice.

Cons:

A lot of the facilities weren’t functioning. Water features etc.
In our hotel room the restroom needs some upkeep, shower was draining. Water faucet and sink was older and corroded. Not very clean.
