Fabulous. Close to downtown and the excellent Saturday Salamanca market / Harbor.
Cons:

Better signage identifying front desk location. Help for old people with heavy bags up & down stairs.

Great location, clean and good value for money.
Pros:

Great location. Close to all amenities. Close to places to eat and the waterfront. Despite being over a pub, it was really quiet. The staff were friendly and relaxed, bit of a pub vibe going on there!

We will not be staying there again.
Pros:

We were greeted by a lovely staff member on arrival who was helpful.

Cons:

Room servicing neglected to provide clean cups, glasses and cutlery on first day of service. They did not vacuum crumbs on carpet. Second service they only replaced one towel and carpet still not vacuumed.
Room was extremely small and tightly furnished.. The height of the desk was not at a usable height.
The shower was extremely small and not suited to normal size people it was also damaged/chipped on the ceramic base. It could easily have been repaired. As it was not repaired, it is therefore a breeding spot for bacteria.
When we asked to extend the stay one more night, the staff member quoted a higher rate than we had been paying per night and would not match the rate that we had received on check in. We then found a room close by at another property that was much more comfortable, clean and modern for two further nights at $30 per night less than quoted by the Central Hotel.
