너무 오래되어서 쾌적하지가 않아요

В целом отель соответствует цене - все по минимуму. Но было пару моментов, которые прям не понравились. Во первых, при бронировании на Hotels.com было указано, что в цену входит завтрак, а по факту в отеле вообще не предусмотрены завтраки. На ресепшене сказали, что это, должно быть, ошибка. Во вторых, в номере за пять дней ни разу не убирались, не приносили туалетную бумагу, пакеты для мусора.
В остальном - жить можно.
Да, и ещё - сотрудники паркуют свои мотоскутеры прямо в холле, поэтому из-за них иногда трудно подойти к ресепшену ))

Vieillot, plomberie défectueuse, pas de déjeuner, pas d'ascenseur! Un peu cher pour ce qu'on obtient. Bien situé toutefois! Chercher autour!

Hotellet var inte alls som det stod i beskrivningen, ingen balkong, fönster eller badkar i standard dubbelrummen.

Je suis une personne :MOBILITE REDUITE=COTOREPJAI RESERVE UNE HAMBRE avec un BALCON, AU 1e ETAGE,onn m'a donné 1 chambre au 1 e étage SANS BALCON,( ET SUR LE SOL ET AUTOUR DU MUR, IL Y À PLEIN DE PETIT INSECTES j'ai SIGNALÉ AU propriétaire, ils ont injecté UN produit avec UNE bombe aérosol, MALGRÉ CA ,ILS SONT TOUJOURS LA ,JE DEMANDÉ DE CHANGER DE CHAMBRE, LE PATRON À DIS AVEC UN BALCON, C'EST PLUS CHER,J'AI REPONDU QUE JAI RESERVE UNE CHAMBRE AVEC UN BALCON, ET JAI REFUSÉ DE PAYE LE SUPLEMENT,IL EST PAS D'ACCORD MAIS SA FEMME, EST PLUS COMPRÉHENSIBLE, ELLE,MA CHANGER 1 CHAMBRE TOUJOURS AU 1 e étage mais c'est en face de ma chambre, en rentrant dans la nouvelle chambre, il y a des fourmis sur les MUR, on SIGNALÉ AU propriétaire, l'ont injecté un produit, ET HEUREUSEMENT, ILS SONT PLUS REVENU,( LA CHAMBRE EST TRÈS VÉTUSTÉ LA PORTE D'ENTRÉ, ON PEUX MÊME PAS FERMÉ CORRECTEMENT, POUR FERMÉ, IL FAUT APPUYER LE BOUGON POUR BLOQUÉE LA CHIRURE POUR QUE LA PORTE FERME,LA PORTE DE LA SALLE DE BAINS, ON PEUX MÊME PAS FERMÉ !, LA PORTE DU BALCON ON FERME AVEC UN CROCHET DU CADENAS SI NON,ELLE NE FERME PAS,JARRETTE LA,

Booked a room with Balcony BUT was given the ground floor room WITHOUT window. Small room under a stairway, smelly and mouldy. No cable TV as mentioned and air conditioning dripping water onto bed. Dare not use the towels provided as it smell. Staff did nothing when highlighted to them. Basically stay away as there are many good hotel in Nha Trang.

The staff were lovely.
So friendly and helpful.

it was good times. located three blocks from the beach, same distance to the center mall. great staff, don't talk that much English, but using the app on my phone u get around that problem. WiFi is good and so is the hot water.

Thr staff can not speeking english, so we have to wait 25 min at reception..

Description of Hotel stated refurbished January 2014 and showed clean bright rooms ! What you get is a run down shabby hotel with a stair carpet worn through with big holes an accident waiting to happen .This Hotel should be removed from the website before more people are taken in under FALSE pretences .

Absolutely AWFUL stay!! The room was filthy and stunk of urine! There were stains on the towels which they provided. The pillows were bobbly and the sheet had cigarette burns in! The room was not cleaned nor were the sheets or towels replaced. There was also an opened condom wrapper in the top drawer and a box behind the tv which can only be described as full of bark which had a LIZARD in! The windows did not lock and only had bars to secure your belongings. The door also did not have a lock, only a padlock which could easily be tampered with through the unsecured window. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but cleanliness and security should be made a priority! Do not stay here!
