Location was spot on and the building is amazing!
One of the best breakfasts I've had whilst staying away.

Cons:

Some minor issues with the room which I felt were not a cause for massive concern. Flickering ceiling spot light, which eventually stopped flickering.

A real treat in a warm and friendly hotel

Fabulous!
Pros:

We stayed in The Town House which was clean and comfortable.
What made this stay was the fact that all the staff were so lovely and helpful.
We had a health issue and they were exceptionally sympathetic and helpful.
The location of the hotel is perfect too!

Great staff, we shall return.
Pros:

Great staff, very attentive. On this occasion we stayed in the main hotel building, it really has character. Room was excellent and had all the bits and bobs you would expect of a quality hotel, plus the added bonus of a complimentary mini bar. The hotel is close enough to the numerous eateries and bars but far enough away from the over exuberant. We shall return.

Hospitality at its very best
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel in the pouring rain after a journey down from Worcester, during which our car broke down somewhere near Mertyr Tydfil and we had had to leave it with a garage recovery service.
We were.soaking wet, tired, anxious and just a bit fed up with our day!
Hayley and Aaron on Reception could not have been nicer, more welcoming nor more professional.
They oozed empathy, cheered us up, made us laugh and gently put us back together! Hayley recommended a lovely restaurant a day we had a wonderful evening!
