The staff at the reception desk were very helpful. The bar area is comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It is located near the Dylan Thomas Centre which is why I was in Swansea.
It would have been nice if there had been some peanuts or something at the bar. That's about all I can think of.

Location
Bar service. When buying a pint of beer, I expect to be served a pint and not a big head of froth. Further, I do not expect the barman to tell me a pint of beer should have a big head of froth.
My wife and I booked two nights at the Morgans hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room, staff, location and breakfasts were exceptional and we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We also had no problem in parking in the dedicated car park literally 25m from the hotel front door. Thank you for a great stay.

Deluxe room (Zeta) and bathroom facilities were spacious and high quality. Staff were very polite and friendly. Lovely breakfast off the menu and added extras from the food area. Lovely place to be and feel special in for special occasions. Short walk to the arena. Great location.

Stayed here before. Usual high standard. Breakfast excellent. Reception staff very professional, friendly and a credit to your company. The ladies at breakfast who greeted us and took our orders were also a credit to your organisation, as were the young guys there. We had a fab time.
