A really great stay
Pros:

A beautiful characterful boutique hotel. Very comfortable bed. Smart tv, dressing gowns, and a complimentary box of chocolates as we were celebrating a birthday.
We enjoyed coffee and cake in the bar before checking in, delicious and excellent service.
All fantastic, would definitely recommend 👌

Cons:

A very well decorated, hotel, if I'm being really picky, there are some signs of wear. But in all, its delightful.

Wonderful , welcoming and superb .
Pros:

The hotel , staff and amenities were fabulous . The reason for the stay was a discreet family occasion . However when the staff became aware , an upgrade of the room was a wonderful and unexpected bonus . Needless to say the happy couple were blown away by the gesture . I cannot rate the welcome and service you receive highly enough ! If you travel to Swansea and you want a genuinely memorable and wonderful experience this is the hotel for you !

Indigne d’un 4 étoiles,séjour très décevant à cause du bruit et de l’accueil au petit déjeuner

Chambre très bruyante à côté de la nôtre ,porte qui claque vers minuit,musique très forte à partir de 5 h 30 le Samedi sans aucune intervention du personnel
Responsable du petit déjeuner pas accueillante et aucune communication sur le menu proposé,petit déjeuner continental très peu garni à l’ouverture du restaurant

Historic and central.
Pros:

Location and historic building and the better rooms have loads of space and very comfortable

Cons:

We’ve stayed a few times and it pays to pay for a better room. The base rooms are less grand and less comfortable. Some beds over soft/ need replacing

A lovely independent hotel that I have gone back to already
Pros:

Lovely large rooms with dark wood furniture. Fantastic huge bed. Lovely bar with lovely staff. Also a great Welsh breakfast that was better than an English one!

Cons:

I booked the accessible room as it was the only one available & it wasn’t a patch on the rook I stayed in on the next visit.

We were there one night and it met our needs. I wouldn't stay in the town house again due to noise.
Pros:

Check in and parking easy. Close to town. Room spacious with coffee machine and good toiletries in the bathroom

Cons:

The townhouse is near a builders yard. My daughter experienced a lorry idling outside her room at 4am in the morning which woke her up. Also creaky floorboards above so again noisy

Pros:

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND PLENTIFUL. BED WAS COMFY. ROOM IN THE CROSS THE STREET HOUSE/CONVERSION TO A ROOM, WAS OK. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO BE IN THE HOTEL PROPER.
ONE PROBLEM WAS THE LIGHTING WAS WAY TOO DIM.
