Lovely hotel, perfectly situated by the river, and with nice open ‘club’ area to relax in and staff that go the extra mile to make you feel welcome.

All the contemporaneous settings , the welcoming staff and the clean environment!!!

The hotel has some wonderful qualities. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. I also really enjoyed the view overlooking the old city, which made the stay feel special. The property overall was quiet and relaxing, and the public areas were inviting and well-maintained.

That said, there were some drawbacks. The room itself was very small, and the bathroom design offered little privacy, with the added issue of water leaking from the shower. The AC system wasn’t functioning properly—despite being only 10°C outside, the room stayed uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the gym was extremely limited, with just three cardio machines available.

Overall, while I appreciated the staff, service, and atmosphere, some improvements to the rooms and amenities would make the experience much more comfortable.

We enjoyed walking along the Rhône River. We stopped to have a drink at a cafe along the way.

Fantastic hotel, welcoming staff.

Magnifique hôtel au centre-ville de Lyon, au bord ou presque du Rhône, près du pont Lafayette. Petit déjeuner incluant aliments chauds et froids. Personnel très gentil. Stationnement sur rue ou public ridiculement cher (plus de 50 euros par jour) mais ce n'est pas la responsabilité de l'hôtel.

The staff was amazing and helpful. Would recommend. The A/C could a little help but was otherwise great.

The check-in process was easy. The clerk at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. My room was not yet ready so she’s stored my luggage safely. When I came back. I went up to my room. The hallway was dirty. The room itself was not the cleanest. It was serviceable. The bed was fine. Sheets were fine. The bathroom was fine. The shower still could be a little bit cleaner. The liquid soap was fine. I had requested an early pick up with a taxi the following morning and the taxi was right on time. I truly appreciate the service at this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the hotel happy hour also!

We absolutely loved the OKKO! The room is exceptionally clean with no disinfectant or other scent. The snacks and coffee service available were perfect. The breakfast spread rivals a 5 star restaurant. The staff continually goes above and beyond to accommodate!

Wonderful staff. Had good dining recommendations.
