There was good and bad points that can be worked on.
Pros:

The bed was comfy. The check-in was very easy and the lady at the desk was very pleasant!!

Cons:

In the hallway for 4 days there was a roach by the glass doors leading to the rooms. The shower walls in our room had black mold on it. There was no place to sit comfortably, it is hard for an older woman and man to sit on a footstool. When we made the reservations we was told that we could see the water from our room. This was not the case. The bar drinks was way overpriced! $25 for 2 drinks, i think not. And the bar maids that was there that evening was not very friendly, did not smile did not thank us, just very dry to the people there Saturday night.They could definitely use some training! I am yet to receive a final invoice.

Beautiful Property with Historical Roots
Pros:

This is a beautiful facility! I stayed in a historic room and, was still maintaining the historic beauty, was updated to be just as nice as any modern room.
Staff was very friendly and helpful
If I’m ever in Biloxi again I will be staying there again

Lovely place. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

Location and the fact that the facility was quiet, with an easy, chill vibe. Lot’s of history. Pool area and restaurant were not overly crowded. A welcome change from staying at other facilities.

Cons:

Stayed in the new area. Our room only had drawers in a desk. Could have used a small dresser of some type. Struggled to store socks, undergarments, etc.

Pros:

Charming hotel and beautiful grounds. Nice swimming pool. Good restaurant on site. Staff was friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows were provided to accommodate a picky sleeper. Overall, very pleasant.

Cons:

The window shades don't block the morning sun adequately. The furnishings are a bit sparse and no actual closet for hanging clothes. It is an old building and some things are unavoidable. I do wish real cups were provided for coffee, paper just seems less than. I like to hear the train that passes nearby, but just know it does come early.

The hotel is a touch of class, a jewel amidst all the garish casinos and cookie cutter motels. Perfect stay.
Pros:

Elegant traditional hotel that has been tastefully upgraded. If you love old houses, you’ll love this property. Excellent staff, plenty of parking, great amenities in a classy setting. Beautiful!

FRAUD! Rooms NOT located in The White House Hotel. NOT HISTORIC and NOT GULF FRONT!!!
Pros:

Beware—the rooms listed on booking.com are NOT located at the historic White House Hotel!!! These rooms are in a completely different hotel built in 2023, located behind The White House on White Avenue. They call it their “expansion building” but it’s not an expansion. It is a whole different hotel that the same company owns. It isn’t connected to The White House in any way. Separate parking lot, separate building, separate entrance. It is a fully contained separate hotel and you never even have any reason to step foot inside the hotel you think you are paying for!

Cons:

I specifically booked what was listed as a HISTORIC and GULF FRONT hotel. At check in, I was told our rooms were in a whole different location that is NOT HISTORIC and NOT BEACHFRONT. My son is a history major and needed to stay at a historic hotel for a school project so I asked to be moved to The White House Hotel that I had booked and was rudely told NO bc I used booking.com. I even offered to pay extra and was told NO. See my Apple Maps screenshot taken inside our actual room and its distance from the real White House Hotel.
The staff was very rude and treated me like I was low class bc I booked with a 3rd party. I spent nearly one thousand dollars for a school project that my son couldn’t even complete. We wasted a ton of money and time for no reason. This listing is fraudulent and should not be allowed!
