Cons:

Made reservations and when I went to check in they had no rooms available. I was charged and did not even have a room to stay in.

Pros:

felt like a 5 star resort and made a stop over on a road trip feel like a mini vacation at a resort destination. people were so very kind and my service animal was treated with love and respect from patrons, staff and those just popping into the restaurant. the eggs benny was AMAZING and after a stressful unexpected move across the country immediately after a family death, the White House served as the first beacon of light and treatment for my 'homesickness' in a truly dark time in my life.
