Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Kostenloses Zimmerupgrade nach Reklamation.

Cons:

Die Badausstattung im Zimmer war veraltet im Vergleich zu dem, was wir gebucht haben. Das Zimmer war nicht geheizt.
Trotz Wissen um unsere Hochzeit am Vortag keine Glückwünsche. Kein individueller, persönlicher Umgang mit den Gästen.
Die Beurteilung der Zimmerdetails bezieht sich auf das ursprünglich gebuchte, nicht auf das Upgrade.

Un beau séjour détente dans un bel établissement

Wellness gebucht Migräne bekommen

Grund für uns dieses Hotel zu wählen war die Möglichkeit unsere Hunde mitnehmen zu können.

Cons:

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Wellnessanwendungen müssen im Vorfeld gebucht werden. Wir haben über booking com gebucht' dort wird das mit keinem Wort erwähnt. Spätestens bei der Buchungsbestätigung sollte ein Hotel, welches 4 Sterne für sich in Anspruch nimmt, mit einem Satz darauf hinweisen. Wir sind voller Vorfreude und sehr erholungsbedürftig 200 Kilometer gefahren, um dann von einer unfreundlichen Mitarbeiterin ( alle anderen waren professionell und freundlich) auf die hauseigene Webseite verwiesen zu werden. Wir waren also selbst schuld 😧. Als Wellnesshotel zu werben und dann zu wenig Personal/ Räumlichkeiten zu haben lässt das Schale Gefühl abgezockt worden zu sein zurück. Knapp 1000€ für 2 Nächte mit Halbpension sind doch eine Menge. Nach erfolgloser Beschwerde hat man uns für Sonntag 10 Uhr noch ein Wellnessangebot gemacht, unsere Hunde hätten dann stundenlang im Auto warten müssen. Das macht keiner der seine Tiere liebt. Das Essen war gut, aber nicht besonders gut. Den uns angebotenen 75 € Gutschein haben wir dankend abgelehnt.
