Pros:

Saatiin huone jossa oli jo muita nukkumassa! Ihmettelivät kuinka mahdollista. Tilasimme huonee kahdella erillisellä sängyllä. Saimme yhden ison sängyn ja sohvan. Ei mennyt ihan nappiin. Hinta oli vielä kova paikalla olleen Blockfest takia

The property was very centrally located and overall quite nice.
Pros:

Staff were great. Breakfast was great. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Our air conditioner didn’t work and the room was uncomfortably warm. We were provided with a fan. We were led to believe that it would be fixed but the parts didn’t come in. On our last night we switched rooms.

Nice, but way too expensive for what you get.

I liked the location of the property, it was close to the university which was good.
I also like the staff, they were nice and welcoming.

Dear Hotel Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the value offered during my recent stay at Solo Sokos Hotel Torni Tampere.

The hotel is marketed and priced as a premium property, and the rate I paid created a reasonable expectation of an equally high standard of accommodation, comfort, service, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. While the stay was adequate, what was provided felt far too basic for the price charged.

I understand that hotel rates may rise during busy periods, but even taking this into account, I found the cost difficult to justify. At this price level, guests should receive an experience that feels genuinely special and not simply an ordinary hotel stay at a premium rate.

I chose your hotel expecting the reputation and standards associated with the Solo Sokos brand. Instead, I left feeling that I had significantly overpaid for what I received. I would appreciate your response and an explanation of how the hotel believes the rate was justified. I would also ask you to consider an appropriate gesture of compensation, such as a partial refund.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and respond constructively.
