Clean, conveniently located hotel. Style/ambiance may not be comfortable.

Convenient, clean, comfortable beds. Great location.

Cons:

While the hotel certainly had a modern boutique aesthetic, I found the overall ambiance too dark and somewhat uninviting. The combination of glass, red accents, dark décor, and dim lighting created an atmosphere that felt more moody than welcoming or relaxing. The guest rooms had a similarly dark feel. I would have preferred a boutique design that balanced its modern style with more warmth, comfort, and a sense of relaxation. Ultimately, the design felt stylish but not particularly comfortable or inviting.
I also felt it was a lot of money for breakfast not to be included.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location. Beds were great. Bar and restaurant great service and food. Modern interior that was very clean . we could ask for no more. Loved it

The best hotel in Lisbon:)
Pros:

The hotel is in extremely good position, the train station is nearby so convenient for travelling, but also in a good position between between Alfama and Bairo-Alto, two historical parts of Lisbon. Really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was extremely helpful! Much appreciated for a pleasant stay in the hotel!

Cons:

We asked for a room to inside garden, hoping to have less noise. In the end it was a reconstruction going on and workers started at 8:00 am. However we understand its difficult to avoid constructions if these are taking place in nearby buildings..

Ótima localização e instalações excelentes
Pros:

A localização é perfeita! Fomos com nossa filha de 4 anos e usamos transporte público pra tudo e andamos bastante a pé (com ela no carrinho). Muitas opções de transporte público ao lado do hotel e muitos restaurantes também.

O café da manhã é maravilhoso! Daniela e Gabriela foram uns amores, bem como todos os funcionários e funcionárias do café. Pessoal da limpeza e da recepção muito atenciosos também.

O quarto veda bem os sons externos.

Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal (insbesondere im Restaurant), sehr gutes Essen (Halbpension)
