Atendimento irrepreensível, equipa extremamente atenciosa e um pequeno-almoço divinal.
Pros:

Gostaria de elogiar toda a equipa, em especial os funcionários da receção, pela simpatia e profissionalismo demonstrados desde a chegada até à saída. Destaco ainda a prontidão e disponibilidade com que sempre ajudaram. O pequeno-almoço foi simplesmente divinal, com a melhor omelete que já tive o prazer de provar.

Cons:

Me pareció un poco caro el desayuno (por eso no desayunamos allí) y la tarifa del room service (aunque la comida estaba muy buena).

Some of the staff is excellent
Location is very good - close to old town but not in that crowsd and rush
Rooms are clean and practical.

Cons:

As we have been staying in your hotel almost twice a year, alone or with family or and family member for the last 5 years, we are expecting a differentiation from the regular one stop customers. You don't have a loyalty program but you know how much and how long we stay in Bessa, by counting this you may show better recognition.

Great value for a modern hotel in prime location in Lisbon
Pros:

I had a great experience at this hotel in Lisbon. The location is fantastic and I was able to walk most places or access public transit or cabs easily. The rooms are modern, clean, and quiet. The gym, sauna and steam room are very nice and something I was looking for while traveling. I did not use the pool but it looked inviting and water felt warm. The Tabik restaurant is also excellent. I dined in twice and ordered room service once. Staff are attentive and friendly.
