O atendimento dos funcionários, acordei no dia do meu aniversário com um barulho horrível de obra, reclamei de mudaram de quarto.

Pros:

Bom café da manhã (faltou opção de ovos benedict), excelente localização, bom bar com drinks muito bons, cama e banheiro muito bons também. A academia quebra um galho, mas pode melhorar um pouco. Perto tem muita coisa para fazer a pé mesmo, além de estação de metrô, de trem (comboio) e acesso muito fácil para táxi e uber.

Cons:

Bar do hotel fecha muito cedo. Academia pode melhorar um pouco com barras, anilhas, e outros equipamentos simples.

Fique confortavelmente na melhor localização de Lisboa .
Pros:

Localização perfeita. Quarto amplo e confortável .
Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Apenas da equipe da recepção . A falta de cordialidade, preocupação e cuidado com os hóspedes principalmente no check in chamam atenção de todos. A noite também liguei para recepção pedindo uma água pelo room service e fui informado que quem faria era o Bar. Liguei para o Bar e eles avisaram que me cobrariam £8,00 só pela entrega. Absurdo . Melhor dizer que não tem room service .

Great location and view from the room, pool and spa, great breakfast and food service , very clean and maintained

Cons:

No chairs and sitting options in the balcony, a bit noisy because of construction around and music from the boulevard
