Just the basics, but good basics + a very nice view.
Pros:

This is a very good value hotel. The manager was very nice. As a foreigner, I appreciate when Koreans don't rush for every small thing. Only basics but everything worked as expected. The view was pretty good. This is not a l-ove hotel. We would stay here again.

Cons:

The people who used the room before us were eating ramen in the room and that smell was somewhat strong. After opening the windows and using a spray things improved much.

Cons:

浴室門容易上鎖打不開，浴缸的按摩功能是壞的，沒有提供室內電話卻被告知有任何問題撥打專屬的電話號碼。雖然有廚房以及基本的鍋具，餐具，但是只有一把水果刀及剪刀。

상당히 넓고 쾌적합니다. 베란다도 좋았고 바다뷰도 좋았어요. 침구도 뽀송하게 좋았고,. 잠자리가 예민해서 안맞으면 잠을 잘 못자는데 후기에 안락하다해서 선택했거든요. 잘 잤어요. 룸안에 싱크대가 있어 반신반의 했는데 깔끔합니다. 관리에 신경 쓰는게 느껴져요. 대로에서 10미터라 접근성도 좋고 호텔에서 주상절리 가는 길이 걷기에 예뻐요. 직원분이신지 사장님이신지 정말 친절하세요. 서귀포나 중문쪽 가시면 추천합니다.

Clean, quiet, and great value: perfect for a relaxing stay if you have a car.
Pros:

We had a great stay at Familia Hotel. The hotel is located in a slightly remote area, but if you rent a car it’s a perfect place to stay, quiet and beautiful. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were tidied up every day. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed it. They also have a sweet dog and cat, which made our stay feel extra warm and welcoming :) I highly recommend this place to couples or anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. The value for the price is hard to beat!

A kilátás gyönyörű

Cons:

Az ágy kicsit hepehupás volt ami miatt kényelmetlen nek érződött néhol, a masszázskád nem működött. Nem kértem takarítást mégis bementek a szobámba és még a személyes holmijaimat is elpakolták, összehajtogatták a ruháimat. Ezt egy kissé túlzásnak éreztem.
