we managed to change the given room.
Second time in a row we were given a room in 2nd floor; the room was partly under the ground facing a higher building with absolutely no visbility or feeling of being in a decent hotel. We did manage to change the room, but i have to say that now 2 times being allocated to this same room with zero visibilty or feeling of being in the centre of a city - if did not make me want to book another stay.
Respassa hyvää asiakaspalvelua. Siivooja todella mukava kun toi pinnasängyn ja teki lapsille vuodesohvan kuntoon. Huoneen siisteys ja yleinen siisteys.
Ravintolassa yksittäinen tarjoilija jolla ehkä olisi parannettavaa asiakaspalvelussa. Ruokalistan edullisimmat ruoat myös kalliita, esim. Burgeri mikä ei ollut hintansa arvoinen.

Großartig fand ich die kostenlosen Leihfahrräder (mit perfektem Reifendruck).
A propos Druck: Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war auch ganz hervorragend!
Mein Zimmer war mit Aussicht in die Lobby, das hätte mir anders besser gefallen.
Beim Frühstück fand ich es etwas wuselig.
