Would go back in a flash. A gorgeous stay. Two lovely little dachshunds made the stay exceptional.
Pros:

Utterly beautiful surrounds, lovely staff boss, great breakfast with a flair to it.

Cons:

Thoughtless placement of microwave shelf... Dangerous! Otherwise gorgeous.

Very comfortable stay - great for a solo trip
Pros:

Love the history of this place. Interiors of the heritage listed main building were preserved well.
The room was much larger than expected. It was more of a suite than a room which was a nice surprise. There was a kitchenette, table with two chairs and comfy lounge. Bed was really comfortable. Room was cosy and warm. Very private quiet room, slept really well. Basic breakfast on offer but it was quite okay. Great Value

Cons:

Was hoping to experience a renovated heritage style room, but room no.12, located near the rear carpark was more 1980's style than 1880's. The kettle in the room didn't work so I missed out on having a bedtime tea. Bathroom was small with plastic shower curtain, but it was okay.

Pros:

Spacious room in the schoolmaster’s cottage. Situated on a historic property complete with self guided walk

Cons:

Breakfast was underwhelming considering the price of our stay. Bathroom needed some tlc - spa didn’t work, heat lamp bulb missing etc. No water in the fridge

Wonderful place to stay in Mittagong
Pros:

I loved the beautiful old house and gardens. We stayed in one of the new buildings behind the old house. It was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. The breakfast was good.
