Close to central market, night market, attraction spot like Tua Pek Kong Temple and Pagoda, Parkson, etc

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We check in twice within the same week on the way to n fro Kapit. Room was well prepared , upon check in twice saw towels folded in a sitting peacock just as advertise in the website. Will definitely stay there again should we pass thro Sibu on our next road trip.

For the price, it's o.k. The room can be leased for more if there is some renovation / upgrade.

Very old hotel but generally clean although the toilet bowl could really do with some bleaching. Really need refurbishing. Aircon wasn't cold at the last room I stayed in. Some improvement like kettle and coffee/tea has been added to the room. Water can be taken from the water dispenser downstairs but I would prefer bottled water. During my last stay I saw the cleaner put the dustbin from the bathroom on top of the TV rack while doing cleaning and I didn't think that was hygienic. There should also be another dustbin inside the room itself. There is only one inside the bathroom. Also addition of a fridge would be good. Can't even keep drinks cold as no fridge. Staffs are generally polite.

Hotel location is the best choice if travel within town centre especially eating places and market are nearby. Beside that, few landmarks are within walking distance.

The hotel was located at good location, near to center of Sibu's town. It is convenient to walk around within the town center but just a bit distance to Landmarks if by walking.

Generally, the hotel is old and run down. The bedroom offered was big but disappointingly,the bed’s linen/blanket and pillows were smelly, which resulted in my sleep discomfort that nite. An upgrade to the hotel and rooms are needed in order to attract more customers.

Fridge inside room will be great

Since it was budget hotel, it was okey for me and I'm only stay for one night.

Smelly lobby, no drinking water.

We were only there for three days, not long enough. Plenty to see there.

Good places and friendly staff

The service was good. Hotel staff was friendly. Limited parking space within the compound. Basic breakfast. There are still area for improvement. We were trapped in the lift while going down to have breakfast but we were released within an hour's time. After the breakfast, the lift is back in operation. That's a plus for the service.
