Absolutely perfect and everything so easy to go to taxi bikes outside and market 20baht open taxi 100 mtrs walk to get

Clean good breakfast fantastic soup nice small pool on roof top and Location 10 next to 7/11 and Avenue shopping mail cinama .bars with free pool tables and a lot off restaurants 5 minutes walk

It was okay, but they need to update because the outside and the inside is looking very tired
Pros:

Location was unfortunately I didn’t realise you would come to this but I’ve deleted the photos from what I had the headboard on the beds have had marks dirty marks from old school stuff the windows you can’t see out of because they are dirty never been washed

Cons:

The building is rundown dirty. The windows are dirty. The carpets are dirty. The headboards are dirty in the rooms. You can see other peoples marks with the heads.
