Cannot wait to return hopefully in December
Pros:

The Staff are all committed to helping with enquiries that I had and the housekeepers were very thorough in the cleaning of the room.
Also all reception team were excellent as well as the night security man. I can definitely recommend this hotel for a fantastic break.

Cons:

Cannot think of anything at this visit !!!

Pros:

Very quiet, despite being in a central location.
Bed was comfortable, pillows were very soft, just what I like.

Cons:

I can't really think of anything worth mentioning.

Pros:

Hotel is clean and there is a comfortable breakfast. Not the greatest but reasonable.

Cons:

My room was not cleaned and it was already 5 pm. This was brought to their attention and a request to speak with the manager was not met until i raised the issue many more times. The room not being cleaned and the lack of feedback is not acceptable.
