Hola hice una reserva de habitación a través de Booking con aproximado 2 meses de antelación.Mi sorpresa fue , al llegar al hotel, nos asignaron una habitación con 2 camas cuando yo había reservado una de 3 camas. Al reclamr me respondierón que, en ocasiones, se cruzan los datos entre las reservas realizadas a tráves Booking y las propias del hotel. No estoy de acuerdo con esta explicación. Si realmente se produce un problema de este tipo, lo correcto sería comunicarlo al cliente en cuanto se detecte, y no esperar a que llegue al hotel. Lo que considero más grave es que, al hacer el chek-in, nos entregaron una habitación diferente sin informarnos ni darnos ninguna explicación. Esta situación nos causó un gran inconveniente y considero que la gestión por parte del hotel no fue la adecuada.

Pros:

The check-in process was quick and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was a short walk from the Hoxton Overground station or a 10-minute walk to Old Street Underground station. A variety of cafés, bars, restaurants and markets are situated close by and the air-conditioned facilities were appreciated given that my arrival corresponded to the heatwave period.

Cons:

The decor of the room was underwhelming. The furniture was chipped (computer desk), clearly damaged (the nightstand), or was not fully functional and needed repair (window skylight blinds), The walls of the room were cladded with soft material and it was questionable as to whether it was fireproof or not. There were old, visible stains on the carpet floor as well as on the wall cladding. Although the bathroom itself was clean, more effort is required to bring the cleanliness up to today's standards, given the price per night charged for the room. The housekeepers I observed appeared more interested in spending time making Whatsapp calls than providing quality cleaning.

Location was perfect

Cons:

Noisy outside, bathroom needed attention. The shower tray overflowed (we did mention this on checkout) The apartment is overdue a redecoration. Very tired in places.

Nice location and spacious room
Pros:

Spacious room with dining table, the air conditioning was a bit noisy but very much appreciated. Location was nice with good restaurants close by.

Cons:

Maybe a bit tired but seemed clean. Towels were a bit worn out (holes) and bedside lamp was not working.

Staff was adorable at all times. I had mix feelings about the carpet and bathrooms but I loved the bed.
