Pros:

Sehr zentral. Das Personal hat uns am nächsten Morgen ein Grab zur Busstation Kuantan organisiert. Die Fahrt (10 Ringgit) konnten wir problemlos beim Fahrer bar bezahlen.

Hotel room was dated. Dirt can be found everywhere. Thick layer of dust on the furniture. Overall an unpleasant stay.

Pros:

Room was a 2 room junior suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The bed was king size and we slept well. The t.v. was poor. Most channels were affected by interference. Only 1 channel had english language. The local Mosque was picturesque, but the regular calls to prayer were noisy. Some of the public areas including the pool were rather scruffy and tired.

Pros:

Hotel is pretty comfortable for the price paid. Staffs were nice and friendly. Bed and pillows are not too firm/soft. Location is good. There is a "car boot" market just around the corner every night.

Downside, carpet and towels had stains on them. So once you get a clean and stainless towel, make sure you hold on to it.

Pros:

Breakfast time very crowded. My friend and I ate so fast to avoid crowded during this C19 pandemic. Some of the customer very funny they wear a glove that provided by hotel but they use the hand without glove to take breads and food. Bedsheet have few yellow stains on it. Services not too bad too. Overall was ok. Keep it up :)
