Boas instalações, tudo em ordem e higiene impecável.

Cons:

No momento do check-out, um pouco de dificuldade do pessoal para lançar as notas no CNPJ, consumo do restaurante e frigobar o atendente disse não conseguir fazer com os dados do CNPJ da minha empresa, achei estranho mas decidi não criar caso para não me atrasar mais ainda

Atendimento entendo que poderia ser melhor. Café da manhã demora nas reposições, todo momento acabava o café ou o leite e demorava para repor. Sinceramente, pra rede que é o San Juan, não gostei no geral.

Cama e café da manhã muito bons.

Cons:

O ralo do chuveiro ficava no lugar mais alto do Box, ou seja a água ficava parada no box todo até chegar no nível do ralo, mas sempre ficava água parada depois d banho.

Tudo estava ok!!

Cons:

Não gosto de comida de buffet porque as pessoas pegam nos pegadores e colocam os pegadores sobre as comidas. Esse não é um problema deste hotel e sim de todos os hotéis que oferecem café da manhã em buffet. Só isso!

Dias perfeitos e tranquilos.
Pros:

Tudo perfeito. Café da manhã ótimo, completo. Restaurante bem servido, comida ótima, muita variedade. Quarto grande, confortável. Funcionários simpáticos, atenciosos, prestativos. Não vou citar nomes para não cometer injustiça de esquecer algum. Localização excelente.
