The noise from the hallway was annoying
Good location, easy access to restaurants, staff quite responsive to guest needs.
Not much choices for breakfast. Slghtly disappointed that the restaurant could not provide "in room" dining as they were busy.

全てにおいて十分に満足出来るレベルの高いホテルでした。シャングリラの様にtoo muchでは無い普通の上質さが好ましかったです。
唯一、少し残念なのはロケーションかな？辻向かいにローソン、向かいにはKFCと地下に韓国マートと洗濯屋さんくらいしかないけど3ブロック5分ほど歩いてLRT VITO CRUZ駅まで歩けばCHOWKING,MANG INASAL何でもあります。

I booked an overnight stay for a friend as a bday present through booking.com. My friend, her sister and her son really enjoyed their stay. The hotel is in the middle of the city, the room is spacious, with a sofa bed, and they had an amazing time at the pool area and the restaurant. The hotel even gave her a birthday cake. I will definitely check this place out the next time I am in Manila. Thank you Hotel Benilde for offering a great stay at a great price point.
I’ll start off by saying, no I have not complained and won’t about my stay here! All the staff are great people! There is potential for a 5star hotel here, but it’s been neglected for so long.. they’re struggling to maintain a decent stay.
I booked for 22 nights and received a below par room with a horrific view of a rotted terrace. Being from the USA, and not being here for a touristy vacation per say, the price is lower than a motel 6 so I’m very tolerant and won’t complain about the carpets making my feet dirty, the closet lights never turn off, one door doesn’t close and one light has no on/off capability. But, BY FAR the staff kindness and hospitality overwhelmingly exceeds these few quality issues, so I am more than satisfied with choosing Hotel Benilde! I would still recommend staying here as many of these issues may not even be noticed on a short stay.
It’s CLEAN AND VERY COMFORTABLE with a phenomenal vibe from the staff!
Honestly the only thing I can’t stop being mad about is the pool hours, closing at 7pm daily in an international vacation city should be illegal!
