Personal amabil si zâmbitor..camerele curate si confortabile..locatia excelenta in centru si langa plaja dar sunt multe barcute si nu e o plaja tocmai de stat mai mult..are piscina curata si frumoasă!
Mancarea a fost exact cat trebuie..nu pe bogăție dar ok.
Fata de aeroport cam 15 min cu mașina.Recomand!

posizione centrale, comodo per girare a piedi stone town, partire per le escursioni a nakupenda, nyange e prison island e tanto altro. 20 minuti di taxi dall’aeroporto. ottima piscina con lettini e lettini sul mare. Personale gentilissimo, ci hanno preparato un box colazione avendo fatto checkout presto per andare in aeroporto.

Cons:

camera un po’ rumorosa, il motore del frigo in camera fa rumore. ci sono molti gatti randagi nella zona e alcuni hanno passato la notte sul pianerottolo davanti a camera nostra, purtroppo erano in calore e hanno urlato tutta la notte tenendoci svegli. il livello del bagno potrebbe essere migliorato.

Localização boa, mas não voltaria

A localização de fato é muito boa. As piscinas superiores também ficam ótimas para visualizar o pôr do sol.

Cons:

Primeiramente, a recepção estava lotada na hora de fazer o check in. Todas as pessoas foram atendidas e levadas para os seus respectivos quartos, enquanto o meu não ficou pronto no horário (e sequer ofereceram late check out para compensar o atraso de alguma forma). Depois de pouco mais de 40 minutos de atraso, levaram a gente para o nosso quarto e adivinhe só: era completamente diferente do que eu tinha reservado. Disseram que ele era na mesma categoria, só que além de ser menor comparado ao que eu tinha nas fotos da própria reserva, ele era tão escuro e o banheiro também, que era horrível para se arrumar. Também não foi sinalizado que a hospedagem ficava fora do hotel, em um prédio logo à frente. No mais, o colchão estava meio ruim e o travesseiro não era bom. Era a minha lua de mel e a experiência não foi boa. Ofereceram para eu trocar de quarto somente no dia seguinte, quase nas vésperas do meu check out.

Zentrales Hotel direkt am Meer
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend – direkt am Meer und in Stone Town.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Ausblick auf das Meer einfach wunderschön.

Die Pools sind sauber und laden zum Entspannen ein.

Das Personal war freundlich und als wir die Lautstärke unseres ersten Zimmers angesprochen haben, konnten wir das Zimmer problemlos wechseln.

Wir haben auch einmal im Hotel gegessen. Das Essen war in Ordnung, sind aber abends meist lieber in den umliegenden Restaurants essen gegangen, da es dort viele gute Möglichkeiten gibt.

Cons:

Beim Buchen war nicht ersichtlich, dass wir nicht im eigentlichen Hotel, sondern im gegenüberliegenden Gebäude untergebracht werden. Man musste jedes Mal die Straße überqueren, um zum Pool oder zum Strandbereich zu gelangen. Das war im Alltag ziemlich unpraktisch und hätte klar kommuniziert werden sollen.

Unser erstes Zimmer zur Straßenseite war durch den Verkehr sehr laut. Zusätzlich waren auch im Zimmer selbst ständig störende Geräusche zu hören. Nach unserer Beschwerde durften wir zwar das Zimmer wechseln, blieben aber weiterhin im Nebengebäude.

Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt war die Kommunikation vor der Anreise. Wir hatten das Hotel über Booking sowie über die angegebenen Telefonnummern wegen des Flughafentransfers kontaktiert, erhielten aber keine Antwort. Erst zwei Tage nach unserer Ankunft bekamen wir eine Rückmeldung – zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten wir den Transfer längst selbst organisiert, und dieser war sogar günstiger als das Hotelangebot.

Außerdem sollte man wissen, dass im Hotel kein Alkohol ausgeschenkt wird. Das war für uns kein großes Problem, da es direkt außerhalb des Hotels zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars gibt

Schönes Hotel, tolle Lage. Service ausbaufähig.

Schönes stilvolles Hotel mit Charme, freundliches Personal am Empfang. 24/7 verfügbares Essen.

Cons:

Das tolle Bad ist nur für kleine Menschen geeignet, die Betten wiederum sind sehr hoch. Die ganze Nacht läuft ein lauter Generator in der Nähe. Die Restaurantbedienung war mit einfachsten Bestellungen überfordert. Es dauert alles viel zu lange.

Beautiful scenic historic hotel
Pros:

Beautiful historic old building in Stone Town. Close proximity to everything. Loved that it was right on the beach. Staff was excellent.

Cons:

It did get loud in the night with the bar next door if your room was near there.
