Pros:

I am satisfied by the hotel service stuff... However l was disappointed with your booking attitude. I made an error on the date of my stay on 21/02 to 20/02 to be changed to 20/02 to 21/02. l tried in vain to contact you for assistance but your side is non contactable. You did not provide after sale services.

Best Affordable and Safe Space
Pros:

I like the way hotel is maintained... I got ground floor, felt so convenient. The room was clean, spacious, bathroom was clean and I like the bed material.. so soft n good to sleep. Personally I feel safe without outside noise.

Cons:

It would better to check the bed maintenance has it create sound when moving.
