Pros:

Ich wollte schon länger dort übernachten, werde das in Zukunft auf jeden Fall auch wieder tun. Das Hotel ist super schön, die Lage ist top, Personal und Ausstattung ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten für die 1. Nacht zwei Einzelzimmer, die wären locker als Doppel durchgegangen, die hatten einen super kuscheligen Teppich, mag nicht jeder, ich mag es sehr und eine super schöne Dusche. Dann ein geplanter Umzug in ein Doppelzimmer, zu meiner Überraschung mit Küche, allerdings ohne Zubehör, es gab geschlossene Schränke, da war evtl. noch was drin. Leider gab es in diesem Zimmer eine Badewanne, im Winter schön, Dusche hätte mir besser gefallen. Sonst auch dieses Zimmer sehr schön. Klimaanlage hat einen super Job gemacht.

Cons:

Die öffentlichen Bereiche waren leider extrem warm.

Beautiful hotel but issues with the staff

beautiful hotel and i love staying here

Cons:

unprofessional staff, some with rude behaviour and inappropriate attitude, worst of all the late night staff (two young ladies - they will remember the incident 2 days ago...).
i asked for their names..."Anweisung" they cannot give it to me, same "Anweisung when i asked for the name of the manager, same "Anweisung " when I asked for the managers phone number. everything was "Anweisung". i was just a rightless person, not a valued guest.
i spent a lot of money here in june and I stayed here before in feb/march and i swore to God that i am not coming back to this hotel where the staff apparently rules unsupervised according to their moods. at the same time i am very sad about this as I was happy when a good friend of mine recommended the place and i decided to try it out a few months ago.
there is a dark skinned gentleman and a lady with long blond hair who were exceptionally nice - just as you would expect from a hotel of this class.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage für mich durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof perfekt und der Raum angenehm temperiert. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die man aber auch ausschalten kann, im Falle dass man das nicht so gut verträgt. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Prima verblijf.
Pros:

De kamer is super met prima airco. Koffieapparaat met cups en fles water bij aankomst.

In restaurant stond de airco niet aan dus bij ontbijt al te warm.

Der Ausblick in den ungepflegten Innenhof ist nicht besonders schön. Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert und die Regendusche müsste dringend mal entkalkt werden
