Double check if breakfast is included before having a €28 breakfast!
Pros:

Close to the train station, nice decor and quiet nights stay in a comfortable bed.

Cons:

Was informed during check in that breakfast was included. I did not check the booking myself to check and enjoyed a relatively standard breakfast only to be charged €28, not only was I surprised to be charged but also the value.
Can't help but feel this was some kind of trick, maybe a mistake on their part but notice to all to double check if they say breakfast is included.

Sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Lage perfekt, schöne Einrichtung, gemütliches Ambiente, freundliches Personal, weiche Betten.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer nur für eine Person eingerichtet, es fehlte eine Decke und ein Satz Handtücher, aber sie haben das dann sofort nachgeliefert. Alles gut.

We had a fantastic stay at Syte!! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had quite a few special requests, and everything was accommodated without any issues, which made us feel very comfortable. The entire hotel, including the rooms, is absolutely beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely return the next time we visit Mannheim.

Cons:

The only minor downside was the pillows. In a hotel of this standard, I would have expected two per person, and the ones provided were a bit lumpy. I could have requested additional pillows, but it would have been preferable to have them already available in the room.
