Artz Hotel Johor Bahru

Excellent for short stay as it is close by to many amenities like there’s a Valushop within 3 min of walking, many eateries behind the hotel which comes alive during the evening and so much more.

Very comfortable stay. Like the creative and artistic hotel decor.

Take note of the check in time. The reception will close. Luckily we managed to get our room access card after calling them.

Nice location with short distance to Legoland. The heater was spoiled after checked in, but once I informed the reception, they done repaired it in the shortest period. Everything was okay except parking payment could be a problem for working days.

Average and acceptable , no high expectation while paying this low rate of room chargers

Bad Service and the facilities in the room is different from what is in the web expedia stated.

Wash room has no lock provision, We were surprised.

The room was decorated beautifully. However there is stain on my bedsheet which I believe it was not wash properly. The toilet door could not be fully closed which kind of disturbing especially when people is doing ‘business’ in there.

The hotel check in is strictly 2pm and not allowed to be any earlier if not need to top up. The room was an average but the shower water pressure is low and the air conditioning is not strong at all.

Room is dirty,very noisy downstairs as it's near to a bar . The noise can last till 5am!

Noisy music from downstairs old wine bar until morning 5am...totally can't sleep.

The floor is so dirty. The room is dusty. The room design is not the same as I saw from internet.

Booked the hotel two hours before we drove over. The service staff at reception desk were casually dressed and told us that they don't have our reservation in their email box.
I called Hotelclub hotline and spoke to a helpful staff on the other side but the line was cut before she could get all my details.

Finally the email arrived in hotel mail box. Paid RM$50 deposit and collected the key.
The stairway had a bad stench. Inside the room, toilet roll had only 20cm left. Wifi was not connected to the internet.

The bath room floor and walls had scum from ages ago.

We checked-out after 45 minutes of occupancy.

The room is clean and simple. Feel comfortable staying in this hotel and have a great experience in here. The staff is very friendly and good in communication. They also patient in explaining every question that I had asked using bad emotion. Overall, it is a very nice hotel to stay and will surely come back to this hotel for next trip.

Not worth to pay although room is big, there's a weired smell inside the room, even the pillow also got smell, this is the first and the last time i stay in this hotel.

Overall, it is a decent budget hotel. Everything is fine besides customer service, there was no one at the counter when i arrived around 9pm that day.
