the stay was extremely disappointed, poor maintenance and cleanliness.

the lobby smells good and easy booking experience .

Cons:

Very bad experience overall. The bathroom water clogged within minutes of bathing, the shower head was leaking, and the water flow couldn’t be adjusted. The TV had no signal and no channels were working, and the bedside lights didn’t function, forcing me to use the main switch. The room was dirty and dusty, and the clogged drain caused a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the room. we were informed that all rooms are fully booked and that was the only available room. hence we couldn't change to any other room .
