Pros:

First of all, Daniel from the front desk absolutely made our trip on his own! So helpful and gull of great info! Great location and wonderful room! Porches in jungle rooms are huge and so are the bathrooms!

Cozy hotel by the beach

Daniel and staff were awesome! Set us up with taxis when we needed, and very welcoming.
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful and loved the design, architecture of the rooms. The safe was great and easy to use, we had all the things, towels, coffee, water, the comfiest beds and pillows out of all
The locations we went to. Also had extra blankets in the room, which none of the other places offered.

Beautiful pool area and comfortable rooms, but not much beach
Pros:

Beautiful pool and garden area - we spent lots of time relaxing there. The rooms are well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant area has lots of games you can play. Staff were friendly and responsive.

Cons:

The beach is way smaller than it looks in the photos (which means if there’s sargasson you can’t really get in the sea) and it’s right by the road. This meant we ended up paying to use a different beach. For that reason I think the price is a bit high, there are better value hotels in the north end of Tulum (part of the national park) with proper beaches.

Ocean enjoyment.
Pros:

My wife and I stayed for the weekend during our time at Na’atik Language and Culture Institute in Felipe Carrillo Puerto. The staff at the hotel was friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated their patience with our Spanish. The restaurant on the property is right on the beach and we ended up having most of our meals there. We did two trips with Mexidivers whose office in on the hotel property. I would return again.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable y atento.
Buena predisposición.

Cons:

El alojamiento, sobre todo en los espacios comunes mostraba signos de poco mantenimiento.
La habitación para 4, si bien era amplia, no tenía la más mínima privacidad en el sector del baño.
Si bien está en la zona hotelera, justo está en un sector que no es el más lindo. La playa está al lado de la carretera. Es como una bahía, rocosa, con sargazo, que no era removido de la playa.

Un séjour idyllique en famille
Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans le bungalow familial. Très bien situé. Le staff est adorable et aux petits soins. Nous avons pleinement profité de la plage, des hamacs pour se reposer et de la nourriture proposée.

Cons:

Seul le bruit du générateur a pu parfois nous déranger mais heureusement c’était très ponctuel.

Pros:

I loved Zamas Hotel! My husband and I spent 3 nights in a beachfront bungalow and found it had everything including beautiful sights and sounds of the sea and sunrises. The staff and service were outstanding from the parking lot attendants to the housekeeping and the outstanding concierge Daniel. The restaurant had wonderful food and staff, wish I remembered everyone's names but I can give a shout out to Valentino who remembered my name and food allergies. We had flan and hot chocolate for dessert and were given a romantic lantern on our table, just one of the many special touches of great service.

Cons:

I really have no complaints. The beach front was lovely and there were plenty of lounge chairs. There was some saragassum but staff showed up at 7am to clean it up and kept it to a minimum.

Very relaxing stay under beautiful palm trees
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. There was a wide variety of options, and being able to have breakfast with our feet in the sand was something we really enjoyed. The rooms were also great – very spacious, and the beds were comfortable as well. Overall, I found the stay very relaxing.

Charming spot on the beach-beware of the seaweed

Nice spot right on the beach. But the sea grass and the loud music (neither the fault of the hotel) made our tropical beach vacation a bit of a disappointment.
