struttura molto bella nella zona migliore di Tulum, fuori dal caos. staff super gentile e professionale, al ristorante si mangia benissimo.Stanza super, letto comodissimo e bagno gigante.

Cons:

avrei voluto essere avvisato al momento della prenotazione che la spiaggia era piena di alghe, non avrei preso la camera fronte mare risparmiando parecchi soldi

Un endroit calme, familial, idéal pour se reposer et confortable pour les enfants. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et les réceptionnistes supers pour nous donner des conseils.

Cons:

La cuisine du restaurant est correct mais ne vaut pas les prix, nous sommes allés manger ailleurs. Même si le personnel est adorable.

Pros:

Beds were very comfortable.
Patio area with loungers and hammocks was excellent.
All hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating.
Nice pool area. Wel kept grounds.

Cons:

Food and drink prices at restaurant were rather high.
Beach was full of sargassum.

Fint hotel og venligt personale, men ærgerligt med tanget på stranden.
Pros:

Flotte hytter med det man skal bruge.

Cons:

Der var desværre meget tang da vi besøgte stedet, s det var ikke muligt at bade ved stranden. Det virker til at bugten er meget udsat når det kommer.

First of all, Daniel from the front desk absolutely made our trip on his own! So helpful and gull of great info! Great location and wonderful room! Porches in jungle rooms are huge and so are the bathrooms!

Daniel and staff were awesome! Set us up with taxis when we needed, and very welcoming.
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful and loved the design, architecture of the rooms. The safe was great and easy to use, we had all the things, towels, coffee, water, the comfiest beds and pillows out of all
The locations we went to. Also had extra blankets in the room, which none of the other places offered.

Boutique boho beach vibes
Pros:

Stopped for lunch after a morning exploring the Tulum ruins. Was a beautiful spot to sit out by the ocean and enjoy a meal. Boutique boho beach vibes, great food and amazing views. Wish we had known about this hotel sooner as we might have stayed here instead. The surrounding village shops are also cute to explore
