Pros:

We stayed in the family room that was actually two rooms with a shared private hallway. We had plenty of space and two bathrooms.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
There’s breakfast available at an extra charge, it was good and more than enough.

Cons:

The location is in a residential area, it’s not very pleasant to arrive in the dark. You need to Uber in and out, you cannot walk from the guesthouse.
It’s a rather old house, it can be rather loud in the living room, the isolation isn’t great.
