To be honest I didn’t like anything about the hotel, average.
The service here was otustanding! From the check in process to the constant helpful and cheerful interactions. I can't recommend this hotel more. I only wish other 5 star hotels would hold themselves to this standard. The best experience I have had in a long time.
My 2d time staying here. The best customer service. Great location for food options, pharmacy and grocer is open 24 hrs steps away from the hotel. I love the shopping options in the hotel as well. Great place to stay in Dubai

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Grand Dubai, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted me with warm smiles making me feel instantly at home.
The hotel itself is a stunning blend of modern elegance and traditional charm. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need. The panoramic views of the Dubai skyline from my room were simply breathtaking, especially at sunset.
One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel offers a variety of restaurants, each with its unique atmosphere and culinary delights. I particularly enjoyed dinner at the Jamaican and Indian restaurant, where the food was freshly made and the flavors were authentic and delicious. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, featuring an impressive selection of international dishes, fresh fruits, and pastries.
The facilities at Sheraton Grand Dubai are top-notch. The pool area is beautifully designed, providing a serene escape from the bustling city. I also took advantage of the spa services, which were heavenly and rejuvenating.
The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Dubai, with easy access to major attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The concierge team was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations and assisting with reservations.

Service was very good. There was noise from my next door and the hotel stopped it timely and had followed up at least three times to check if all ok. The spa was a treat after long haul flight and DWI from Bali was really great.
