Very quiet place
I won't stay at this hotel again. Couldn't connect to wifi, no towel racks in bathroom. The hotel just felt old and is in need of renovations.
Bedside light did not work, missing a bulb. Told morning desk clerk but she did not understand.
I was really surprised, the rating on Expedia for this room was exceptional, but that was from from it.
Front desk was very kind, and super helpful. But the room; beds were somewhat clean but the floors and walls..... I'm not even going to describe. I'm thankful I was only there for a night. I would have left, but my entire family was with me and we checked in at 11:30 at night. We were exhausted and tired from a trip, so packing back up and going to a different hotel was just not an option.
Great, quiet hotel
Friendly front desk
Quiet peaceful stay
I liked that it was in a safe area and right off I-44.
Front desk person tried to scam me I previously worked in Hospitality so I’m aware how the system works. BEWARE make sure your card is locked please!!! The rooms didn’t have any towels, water pressure was super low, & the guy at the front desk had a nasty attitude literally yelled at me!!
Not the worst place I've stayed.
Nice and convenient for our trip to Tulsa. Just off the highway. Very clean. Good breakfast.
The only con is they need blackout curtains
The customer service was very bad. Front desk people don’t care about providing service. Rooms are very dirty. Room smells bad.
Air conditioner worked really well. Bed and pillows were comfy. Shower had a small hole, but we weren't planning on using it anyway. Breakfast was AWESOME (it is one of the things I look for when I book a hotel reservation
The elevator and tv didn’t work. Furniture was old
Room had odors. elevator out of service. Breakfast was ok
This hotel is safe and clean place to stop on a trip with a reasonable breakfast. The staff are nice and helpful. The lift was out when we stayed so not pleased to carry cases up stairs but they did find a second floor room to replace our third floor one.
Elevator is down. Other than that it’s nice.
Tv didn’t work. Elevator didn’t work.faucets loose etc. Overall run down condition and hotel not maintained well.
Night staff was friendly and tried replacing batteries in tv remote but didn’t fix the problem.
We arrived to be told hotel was under renovation so the elevator was no accessible to us. Traveling with my elderly mother now meant tracking up and down stairs with multiple bags. We were not offered anything expect for the option the cancel our room and not stay.
Glad to hear they are renovating bc the room was old and dingy, couch had literal holes in it. Bright light shining through the window and bc the shades were so old, they would not stay shut. Do NOT recommend.
