Great location in Nelson.
Pros:

Location is great to downtown and easy commute to whitewater Resort . Plenty of parking in lot across the street from hotel.

I had a comfortable and joyful stay.
Pros:

The breakfast, the friendly/professional staff, the location, and the room was really nice. I liked the soaps/shampoos, and the shower water pressure and the smart TV in the room.

Slightly better that some Best Western Plus places but some issues
Pros:

Front desk was polite and helpful. Upscale restaurant that serves breakfast, seemed to use quality ingredients.

Cons:

Breakfast was bland. Hotel is on a hill and the floor was not leveled but Nelson in general is annoying to drive around since it's so hilly. Parking is in a separate lot which can be inconvenient if you have kids, because you have to cross the street. Room is not soundproof and smelled moldy. Weird view from the window. I don't like how the layout is basically surrounding a garden on the bottom floor, just convoluted and impractical.
