Pros:

Staff helpful got us early check in, gave restaurant recommendations, friendly. Restaurant next door very good

Cons:

Carpet on stairs could use replacing, looks a little worn

Exceptional
Pros:

This is probably one of the nicest Best Western establishments we've stayed in as we use it yearly to visit family.
The philosophy of using local produce, including the best coffee and homemade breakfast jams, gives it a special edge.
The restaurant is an absolute delight to dine in, and the staff has always accommodated our request for a quiet room.
Bravo to you all!

The inclusive breakfast menu is a little restrictive, but the quality and exceptional service made up for it.

We enjoyed our stay very much. I asked for a quiet room and it certainly was.
Pros:

The breakfast at Marzano’s was very good. The service was excellent. Brittany was a wonderful server. She was friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The staff and employees were all very good and helpful.
