Great stay.
Pros:

The woman at the desk was wonderful and welcoming. I can't remember her name, but she was helpful and friendly and really made the experience good for us.

Cons:

Price felt a bit steep, but I did get value for what I paid for.

The room was exceptional. We were really pleased with the complementary breakfast as well.

Cons:

It would be nice if the hours of the breakfast were just a little longer. We had to make sure we were up to be able to access it and while we were eating more people were coming down and it had closed.

Super clean, great value, wonderful breakfast!
Pros:

Pre-check in was super fast and easy; room was clean, bed was comfortable, sheets were very soft, and complimentary water and brownies were a nice touch. The free breakfast selection was amazing, they didn't leave anything out - the warm cinnamon buns were especially delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay at a hotel that is very convenient for us to visit family in Orleans, but still not too far from the sights of the Ottawa city centre.

Cons:

Only complaint (and it's a small one) is that although the breakfast selections are amazing, the area could be slightly better organized. It was a busy morning when we were there, and guests were bumping into each other going from one station to the other.
