Très bien
Pros:

Grande chambre pour famille de 6 avec jeune enfants on avais la suite familial. La piscine petite mais très bien pour les enfants qui ont adorer.

Pros:

The location was a bit far from downtown area but I knew about it, it was not an issue as I was planning to do a lot of driving. The staff were great and Marid-Claude who was looking after breakfast was amazing and super friendly. They were all friendly and awesome!!!

Le personnel était courtois et accueillant. L’enregistrement s’est déroulé rapidement et l’hôtel est bien situé. La chambre était spacieuse et le stationnement était pratique.

Cons:

Malheureusement, notre expérience a été décevante à plusieurs égards. Dès notre arrivée, la chambre dégageait une odeur désagréable qui est demeurée présente tout au long de notre séjour. De plus, la toilette s’est bouchée et nous avons dû communiquer avec la réception pour demander une intervention.

Le petit-déjeuner a également été une grande déception. Le choix était très limité, plusieurs aliments semblaient manquer de fraîcheur et la qualité générale était bien en dessous de ce que nous attendons habituellement d’un Holiday Inn Express. Pour une famille, cette partie du séjour est importante et nous avons été déçus de l’expérience.

Dans l’ensemble, nous avons eu l’impression que l’entretien des chambres et la qualité des installations pourraient être nettement améliorés afin d’offrir une expérience à la hauteur de la réputation de la chaîne.
