They serve a good breakfast, the staff kept the eating and buffet areas very clean and were very friendly.

Very clean facility and friendly staff
Pros:

We stayed for two nights and had a great experience, very clean and newly renovated room. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The ladies who work at breakfast area are very friendly. Alzira, Marie and Sephora.

The hotel is beautiful.
Considering the hotel was full there wasn't a lot of noise coming through from each room this was nice.
I found it very clean the blackout blind was very helpful and the bed sheets and come fter and lounge chair was the perfect touch. I would definitely stay there again and maybe next time check out some more of their amenities

Great little hotel in Orleans.
Pros:

This is a fantastic little hotel on the East end of Ottawa. This is our second stay, the last one being several months ago.

It's clean, very simple, but has everything you need. There's a cute little, heated indoor pool that's perfect for young families.

But I do want to make a mention of someone who has made both our trips special. Alzira, who is an absolutely lovely woman that works in the breakfast area. She is so kind and friendly and made my 9-year-old son laugh and enjoy himself. She's busy buzzing around like no one else, but still makes the time to come over and chat with us.

Today, months after meeting her, she came up with the biggest smile and said welcome back. To me, that's incredible that she would remember our faces after all these months. Whoever hired her deserves a raise, as does she.

I highly recommend this hotel, and if you see Alzira, to say hello from us.
