Hotel feels like it's hallowween every day without any extra added decoration. Lacks everything
Pros:

Hotel has little to no maintenance.

Cons:

Lack of cleanness, staff not helpful. Room refresh without changing towels and no shampoo.
Breakfast was a handwritten menu on a piece of paper. Walls everywhere are full of dark marks. Aircon not working in the room and in hotel in general.

All the regular rooms are facing the exhaust of the aircon. They will ask for cash deposit despite your card details, etc were already given.

Staff was nice and central location

Cons:

Room was dust. Had not been throughly cleaned in awhile.
Bed sheets were stained. Bath towels were old and torn in the corners. Never saw room service.

Great Location, Fantastic Service.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, the breakfast range that came free with the room was very good.
The Housekeepers were fantastic.

Cons:

The shower didnt get hot it was more like room temperature.
The free breakfast was ideal for people that were not vegetarian or vegan but you could request for no meat.
The breakfast was also one worded eg : Bacon ( it actually came with toast and a fried egg. )
The free coffee that came with breakfast was instant but for a fee you could get more drink range.

Good hotel but just a bit short of the 3 stars advertised.
Pros:

Staff was very good and the breakfast cafe was very good. The hotel was in a good location and was easy to travel around from there.

Cons:

The way the room was serviced. One day you get a great room changeout, the next they don't touch the bathroom and just make the bed. They did not clean the floor over my 13 day stay.
