C'était notre second séjour dans cet hôtel. Toujours aussi satisfaisant.
Pros:

Hotel offrant un bon confort, un excellent service pour un prix raisonnable. Proximité de la gare d'urawa, de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Accès facile et rapide pour Ueno, Shinagawa. Bonne solution pour un séjour à Tokyo.

お一人様にも優しい平日はコスパの良いホテル
Pros:

富士山の見える西向きの高層階の部屋をリクエストしたら
希望通りであった。
チェックアウトの期限が正午なので、午前中、別所沼公園や秋ヶ瀬公園
をゆったりジョギングする事ができた。
駅から若干歩くが、その分部屋が広いのでヘビーユーザーの一人である。
連泊でベッドメークをスルーする場合には
レストランの割引券を貰えるのはクレバーな仕組みだと思った。

Cons:

1209号室だったが
ベッドの下端部が老朽化に伴い布地が破けて汚れていた。
ベッドカバー等で隠した方が良いと思う。

当日にバイクの駐輪場等の確保等していただき、
こちらの不手際をフォローしてくださりました。

Cons:

気になった点で、お風呂場がキシキシ軋んでいるところがありましたが、少し気になった程度です。

Convenient location; checkout time at 12; plentiful breakfast options; very helpful staff; big rooms; direct shuttle bus; they will hold luggage after checkout for no additional fee
Overall a really nice experience, would recommend to anyone who doesn't want the stress of staying in central Tokyo.

Cons:

The restaurants in the hotel don't really have vegetarian/vegan options at lunch/dinner time. The café doesn't provide coffee to-go.

浦和に住んでいた時期があり、懐かしさも手伝って、20年前から、数回使用、今回７－８年ぶりであったが、当時からほとんど変化はなかった。満足した。
Pros:

過去に数回宿泊させていただいている。東京まで30分強、東京の宿よりも、はるかに快適。
