フロントの対応が最悪でした。①チェックインで予約の確認がとれない②観光地までの行き方を聞いたら高いツアーを勧められる③早朝タクシーを呼ぶのを依頼したら高い料金のタクシーを呼ばれる、さらにそれにクレームをつけるとタクシーを呼ぶのを拒否される④フロントのスタッフ全員が貧乏ゆすりや舌打ち、ぞんざいな態度など⑤フロントそばに旅行者のスタッフがいて、フロントとの会話に割り込んでくる。こんな不愉快な思いはなかなかしません。一方、設備や部屋は最高でした。

房間很大很寬敞，馬桶係全自動，好舒服哈哈，送嘢有機械人送，樓下有免費洗衣烘衣，如果下次去會再住呢間酒店，離主要景點都比較近，鐘樓，回民街都可步行，永興坊遠小小，要1點幾公里

Pros:

酒店的设施先進亦贴心，但是离开鈡楼，地铁站和回民街有15至20分钟的步行時間。早餐的食物只是一般，咖啡机竟然未开机，开机后亦没有水，告知厨师时他叫我找服务员，但是，服务员卻非常不足，等到07:10才有服务员，叧外，負责煎蛋的師傅态度真是不好，要每个客人排队到他面前才问要什么？他只是在煎蛋，分别只有太阳蛋和熟蛋吧，为何要每个客人站在他面前等？最后，洗手间的电灯开关只能在房间门口使用和三支夜灯是设计有缺点了。
