Location to Universal and nice staff
В отеле был комфортный просторный номер и вкусный разнообразный завтрак, отель предоставляет бесплатный трансфер на автобусе до юниверсала, но нам было комфортнее на метро перемещаться)
En nuestro caso cogimos este hotel porque estaba cerca del parque Universal y tenían shuttle gratuito. Por este motivo nos resultó perfecto.
Good location, though crossing traffic to the mall was quite a task. Big wide road…. Train station is across the road and really quick to Universal. There was a hotel bus but train seemed quicker and more relaxing.
No convenience store. Vending machine required app which didn’t accept international card and was unable to access through AliPay or WeChat. Staff ordered this for me and I paid them on AliPay. Aircon didn’t work in my room but they moved me.

Great location, staff were amazing and made every effort to communicate. Room was perfect and very clean. Stayed here a few times now and will return definitely return again in the future

Breakfast was excellent, a lot of varieties. Location was close to subway and shopping center and restaurants. Very convenient. Staffs were professional and friendly.
Some hotel rooms did not have refrigerators and air conditioning was not working consistently.
