Pros:

I liked that the stuff were polite and friendly. Particularly the concierge who advised me of nearby locations I needed to go to.

Room was modern and clean, including the bathroom.

The metro station was a literally just outside the door, so made it easy to travel to nearby locations.

The room was great value for quality and location.

Stanza grande e pulita. Colazione con vasta scelta di prodotti da mangiare

Cons:

Presenza di moquette in stanza. Avevo chiesto doccia, ma avevo vasca. Flusso di acqua dal doccino molto debole. Considerando altri hotel dello stesso livello di Seul il costo risulta essere un po’ elevato

Schöne, grosse Zimmern, gute Lage, 30 min. taxi fahrt zum ICN Flughafen für ca. 20 Euro. Park und viele Rest. und Cafes in der nähe.

アプリから予約しました。予約確定し、予約番号と予約内容を印刷し持参していましたが、チェックイン時に私の予約がありませんでした。別の方の名前とアドレスで予約されており、私の電話番号だけがあっていました。スタッフの方が、様々な方法で予約を確認してくださいましたが、結局予約がなく、新たにお部屋を準備してくださり、アドレスと名前を登録しました。お部屋もスタッフも良かったですが、とても不安でした。予約した時に他の方とクロスしてしまったのでしょうか？

was very good, would stay again.
Pros:

Extremely polite and helpful staff. Hotel very clean.
Lots of little bars, shops and food places nearby.
Sky bar is very nice.

Cons:

bar opening a bit to late for my personal liking. Yes there are other places locally for a drink but as a worker sometimes i just want a couple drinks after work close to the hotel room rather than venturing out. apart from that nothing else.
