Pros:

I didn't have the breakfast buffet, just dined in the main floor restaurant and it was good.

The hotel is great, but the location is just okay, not much interesting around the hotel.

Pros:

주변이 너무 깨끗한 신도시에 위치하고 음식도 라스트 오더로 룸서비를 시켰는데도 너무 신선하고 정갈하게 해줘서 감사합니다.

Cons:

1층이 아니고 19층이 카운터라 좀 어색하네요.

A very cool hotel near Central park statio
Pros:

Very good location, literally a few steps away from the underground station. It is located not far from the Songdo park, which is a winderfull place to stroll, or walk around

Enjoyable stay with great access to central park canal, restaurants and cafes.
Pros:

Great location to local restaurants, cafes, and other activities. Easy access to Central Park and walkways along the canel. On site restaurant was very nice with good service.

Relaxing and comfortable stay!
Pros:

Really clean, nice and spacious room! Great gym too and really at the doorstep of the metro. 24-hr laundromat just outside the hotel and quaint shops nearby.

Comfortable, but not great value for money paid. Too expensive compare to other options.
Cons:

I didnt like that there isnt any assigned staff on the ground floor. I had multiple luggage as I am planning to move to apartment later, so I ended up managing on my own. When you factor in that the check-in lobby is on the 19F moving everything was a hassle.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the location was easy and comfortable if you have stuff to do in Incheon. However, if you are planning to visit some attraction points in Seoul etc. it takes too much time with both public transportations and buses. Breakfast has variety of options including local and global dishes. It was clean, and well-prepared. I would be happy to stay here again in the future. Finally, the location was great, central park provides you with a calmer experience in the middle of the city.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connection in my room was extremely weak. My friend was able to connect only with a very poor signal, while I could not connect at all from either my phone or laptop. I reported the issue to the staff on the first day, and I appreciate that they took the time to investigate. However, I was informed that no problem could be identified. Since I was able to access the same network in the hotel's common areas (such as the lounge) without difficulty, the issue seemed to be specific to our room or maybe our floor, rather than my devices. Reliable internet access is especially important during business trips, so this was quite challenging for me.
Additionally, I think that the room service hours ended rather early. If possible, extending room service availability later into the evening would further improve the guest experience. I also found the room service prices to be quite high compared to similar hotels. While I understand that room service typically comes at a premium, the pricing felt somewhat excessive. Finally, one of the pizzas we ordered on our second day arrived noticeably overcooked and partially burnt. Although this was an isolated incident, it was disappointing given the price of the meal.
