Magnífica experiencia con poquitas cosas a mejorar.
Pros:

Impresionantes vistas al mar, amplitud habitación, comodidad de cama y almohada, limpieza y personal super amable. Ubicación muy buena, en paseo de la playa de san Lorenzo a dos pasos del casco antiguo.

Cons:

Por poner alguna cosa mejorable, el desayuno buffet podría estar un poquito mejor con fruta natural partida, más variedad de panes y repostería deejor calidad. Otra cosa a mejorar es la te peratira ya que en cuanto entras al hotel notas bastante calor y así pasa en cada estancia ( habitación, restaurante...). Pero esto es por indicar. Volveremos segurísimo.

Un hôtel convenable pour un cours séjour

L’emplacement face à la mer et un personnel parlant français ce qui est très rare en Espagne !

Horrible, plain and simple.

The location and breakfast, that’s it.

For a 4 star hotel it left a lot to be desired.
We arrived into our room and was hotter than a sauna. Tried to get the A/C to work but the thermostat did not work.Called reception to be told they were getting changed and did not work and that they had no fans and pretty rudely: We can’t help!. I asked for the Manager who seems to work from home as they always referred to contacting him as “i will send an email”.
A few minutes later (at 8.15pm) we get a call with our solution: “Leave the hotel, get another one and we will refund you”.
Are you for real? Are you a 4 star hotel or a Camp Site?
Whilst baking in the room we notices that the pillow case was torn and the internet was absolute rubbish.
Called reception to ask if the internet had problems, to be answered again rudely with a “no one has complained about it”!
Well, I am complaining then! And by the way can you send the Manager here so i can show him the level of care and attention on the pillowcase?
The answer was: “the Manager will not come to your room”. Really? Great customer service Mr Manager. You should not be doing this job.
Eventually, we were offered another room (about 9.30pm) to improve the internet. So we moved and this was better but it was another non-working thermostats and we fried to a crisp for two nights.
Take my advise and go to ABBA Hotel …… a thousand times better!

La habitación que me adjudicaron no es para un hotel de 4 ESTRELLAS
Pros:

Las vistas eran muy buenas,
Ubicación excelente si quieres vistas al mar.
El trato muy correcto.
Y mucho ocio cercano, sobre todo si te gusta pasear ya que sales del hotel y sales enfrente a un paseo marítimo

Cons:

La habitación en la séptima planta es bastante austera para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, se nota que hace tiempo que no tiene una reforma, sobre todo el baño, muy antiguo e incómodo por distribución y que tiene bañera alta no es apta para gente con movilidad reducida e incluso para cualquier persona que necesite comodidad para asearse. Resumiendo el baño muy decepcionante, repito para 4 Estrellas.
