The refrigerator was very small

My room was truly filthy. Crumbs and dried liquids in the fridge, and around fridge, both areas we needed to use for my baby’s foods. So I had to clean and sanitize it myself and the cloths were black. As was the coffee bar, side tables and desk. Lights / fixtures had not been cleaned in ages and the shower was scratched/ icky. I did not sleep well because of the very poor cleaning job.
The air conditioner made a lot of noise when the compressor kicked in like a pounding sound and it was not conducive for trying to sleep. So we the air off while we slept so we could have some sort of rest. However, I let management know about it that night and they did not have anybody there to fix it so they made an adjustment on bill the next day. They were very accommodating. They also have a really good business center where you can use a computer and print allat no charge. Parking is also at no charge. The rooms were very clean and the shower had decent water pressure. There was a big desk to work at A along with a couch a king-size bed.

I liked the location and it seemed clean
I was very disappointed that it advertised that it had a restaurant but was not open or available during our overnight stay. I chose a property that offered food as the weather was bad and we didn’t want to have to go out in it after driving for several hours. When I confirmed the situation with the front desk person she seemed annoyed with me. She said there would be breakfast in the morning for a fee but this too was incorrect information.
I was willing to pay more than some of the other nearby properties for a service that was advertised but did not deliver.
It was a great weekend and quiet. The room looked just like the pictures. We got a double queen suite.
I had a great stay at the Courtyard Bismarck North this week! The staff lady was very friendly and accommodating, getting me into my room early after a long, exhausting drive. The bed was very comfortable and the room offered plenty of space to spread out. The wifi was stable and fast, and more channels on the TV than I knew what to do with! Extra props for having REAL glassware in the room for that late-evening nightcap! Can’t wait to get back to Bismarck and stay at the Courtyard North again!
The stay was good. My complaint was we didn’t get the room we reserved when we booked our stay. I booked for a room with walk in shower but got with a tub. They did changed us to a handicap room as that was all they had left.
New and clean property. Very polite stuff. Easy walking to several dining options (Buffalo Wild Wings, Olive Garden, etc.)
Very clean hotel with a lot of extras such as exercise room, pool, computer room and nice outdoor patio . Bedding was super! Excellent location with a lot of restaurant options nearby. Coffee, snacks and small breakfast items available for purchase in the lobby. An excellent place to stay.

Bistro was terrible! Warm beer and only one left. The ceasar salad dressing sucks and buy brandy old faschions . Don't know how to mix them!!!!! Other than that the ice and the room was good!!
