Hotel Erupciones Inn

Trouble with toilet bowl and not sufficient towels.

The inn was very serene and private. The view from my room was of the volcano. The people were so friendly and took care of me while I was there. The breakfast was very pleasing. Fresh fruit everyday and eggs to order.

Disorganized place no reception, no staff after searching and diving around found a guy in charge that too i was checking in late around 7pm instead of 2pm normal time and ship they said the room will take some more time to make it ready and came back after an hour to check in

This property should not even be listed. Expedia: You need to perform inspections and be more careful with your standards. The place is simply dreadful.

Room was in need of some maintenance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great view.

We made a reservation online at hotel.com. When we arrived, they did not have us in their system nor did they have a room for us. No one helped us out, and they simply said "cancel with hotel.com."

The staff is awesome! Everyone is ready to help with questions you may have. The are a small hotel/cabin business so they make a real effort to make you happy. The manager even gave us a ride to a tour, no charge! Excellent views of the volcano!

Fin modtagelse af enligt personale. Dog mangler på værelse, såsom manglende toilet brædt, spejl uden ophængning, ingen bøjler til tøj. Udenomsfaciliteter præget af et slidt udseende af hytterne - mangler vedligehold/maling. Prisen på ca. 75-80 USD er langt over værdi. Heller ikke nærheden til Arenalvulkanen retfærdiggør prisen, f.eks er der kun wifi ved receptionen - som er et stykke fra hytterne. Morgenmadspersonel venligt og morgenmand ok.

glad i had bug spray since i killed 2 roaches and other insects
they dont know anything about hospitality!

Unfortunately, this was a big disappointment. They advertise a free hot springs river. To me that implied on site which was not the case. The river is a local hangout we didn’t discover. They also advertise a free cooked to order breakfast but what is actually offered is a good, but completely predictable typical Tico breakfast. Everything needs some tlc, paint, update and a replacement of the tubs which were gross and slippery. The whole place is in disrepair. I will say the staff was very nice and welcoming.

Un precio cómodo, y la estadía estuvo bien. El personal amable.

Pas cher, mais vraiment pas terrible comme hotel.
On n'avait pas de voiture donc on a un peu galéré pour se déplacer. Mais on s'en sort avec les taxis...

Ever coming back .moled smell very bad. No toiletries.

Dusche war kaputt, Kakerlake im Bad, alles etwas herunter gekommen. Frühstück war eine Stunde später als vereinbart, dafür extra unfreundlich. Nicht zu empfehlen.
