Too many extra charges. I paid in advance on Booking.com, but when I checked in I had to pay an additional $50, and I don't understand why. I checked out early and was charged an extra $91 :((

Cons:

Checking out in the morning at 5 am, the young man behind the counter not helpful, rude. When asking for a invoice for the breakfast which had been deducted from room deposit would not email it or any help at all. When asked for manager or contact number was given a number that did not work. Worst experience ever with any Marriot group hotel. Will not stay there again.

Not a comfortable room
Pros:

Good location. Breakfast had to be ordered but never saw anyone to order.

Cons:

No complimentary water in rooms. No hair dryer in rooms. Terrible beds & Pillows.
