The room is so clean and comfortable. All of the staff are amazing especially Sharvieen, Naif, Nathan. They are always helpful, cheerful and super nice.

Room is clean and staff are nice. Thank you for my stay during my first month in Malaysia. I will tell my boss to book the same next time

Excellent customer service. I was Always greated cheerfully at the reception by either Nathan, Naif, Swathi,Pretesh or Lavanya. My room was always sparkling clean when I came back and smelt heavenly thanks to Anjana from housekeeping. It was a good stay with kind and warm staff always ready and willing to help. I would come back!

I enjoyed my stay, from the friendly greetings in the lobby from Naif and Swathi after a long day out, not forgetting how helpful the entire team was. They provided clean bedsheets and water to make sure I was well hydrated. The shower was also another delightful highlight. If you are looking for a place to rest after a busy day site seeing or couped up in the office, MY Hotel made it possible.

Beautiful stay at the hotel it was really wonderful time. Also many thanks to Rubel for the Job well done. He is an excellent worker very friendly too. However, please put nice Tvs and channels the tv was so boring. The guys on different shifts at the hotel reception were so amazing too thank you.

Lovely experience. Keep it up to the guys at the reception Naïf and Pretesh they are so kind. They always greet with a smile and interact in a professional manner. They always assist me when ever I need any help. They kindly showed me where my work was when i didn’t know.

British and Nash gave us premium service at myHotel. They even took their time to show us around whilst we were booked there.. ...The rooms are very clean and well taken care off. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in KL sentral Malaysia.

Very nice customer service .help what ever need customer service advice to us Ms.Swathi and Ms.Lavania. we will definitely return to stay here on our next visit to Malaysia. Had a great stay. It was worth the price paid as well. Hope to return here.

Enjoyed the stay and in particular they where three lads quite friendly and assisting me as I was a first time in Kuala, they helped me find my way, good room services. Shout out to Anjian, Prathes and Nathan for top notch customer etiquette. hope their journey continues to shine.
