Breakfast was good.
No elevator,
Need another ice machine on the second floor. No handicap button on front door. Short staff evening and morning
Pet friendly, mini golf
The hotel location was fine. Easy access to the things we wanted to see and do.
I was disappointed in the breakfast. Not much for choices, and I think on the website it was listed as a buffet. I felt like the windows were all fingerprinted up-in the hotel and in the pool area. When things are clean, you just feel like the owners care about appearances. The miniature golf course was full of sticks, twigs, and grass. I just thought perhaps someone could sweep the greens off daily or once a week. Russ was very friendly and knowledgeable. The morning lady on duty was not as friendly and seemed to spend a lot of time sitting at the desk when, perhaps, she could have wiped down the door glass or something.
The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were so comfortable!
Breakfast, but that was partly my fault. We didn't get there until 9:30-ish and the eggs were nearly gone, no (bacon?), and the orange juice water mostly water.
The manager Russ at the hotel was so pleasant and friendly.
The only thing I didn’t like was they ran out of scrambled eggs and sausage. They did replace some more scrambled eggs, but not the sausage.
Good clean hotel. Conveniently located next a a McDonalds and Kwik trip. Within walking distance of downtown.
The location, the staff, the accomodations were excellent.
The Breakfast could use improvement. It was really crowded with guests, hard to move around to get food or find a table to sit at. But breakfast was good, just too crowded.
The location was very easy to access and close to places I wanted to see. The staff was very friendly! It is a smallish building which was good, there wasn't a ton of people making noise in the halls.
The offerings for breakfast could have included a warm meat product like sausage patties or links.
Location was very convenient; the breakfast was great (except the eggs were watery). Pancakes were wonderful! Loved the amenities (pool, hot tub, mini golf course, frig and microwave in the room). We had a wonderful stay.
See comment above about the scrambled eggs.
Guest services were knowledgeable, easy to understand, and accommodating.
Exceptional staff. Clean with appropriate outlets for computer equipment.
Nothing.. in fact Hilton could learn from them
Very good. My grandson loved the pancake machine. I also liked that they had Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and a variety of other items plus fruit.
Decent breakfast options, friendly and knowledgeable staff
Not the quietest place I've stayed
Easy to get to from main highway. Good parking.
The staff when we arrived, said very little to us and barely spoke. The room was clean, but the bathroom is so small that you have to stand over by the shower to be able to shut the door because the toilet is in the way. The bed in this hotel was the worst bed I’ve ever had in any hotel in my life. It was so hard. It was like laying on a concrete slab. It was horrible. When we left, no one asked if we liked our stay or how things went. We definitely will not be staying at this hotel again.
