Location, parking, cleaning staff very friendly
Breakfast was so-so- food was lukewarm, staff members that checked us in and out barely spoke to is. When checking in, weren’t even directed how to get to stairs or elevator.
Clean property. Convenient. Pool was nice. Quiet room.
Breakfast was poor, "bacon" was supposedly turkey bacon but it seemed more like flavored plastic. Eggs were standard tasteless powdered eggs, we expected better from Hyatt. Selection was meager.
Beds were ok, not bad bet not good. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

Room is good but breakfast has less variety .
Breakfast timing is till 10 but when we went at 9:25 and asked for bananas and boiled eggs, they said it’s finished.
Nice hotel enjoyed pool and hot tub I would go back. I think 2 of the 3 front desk ladies should be put in a different position they aren’t friendly enough for a first impression
Overall the hotel and staff was great. Breakfast was good, beds/pillows were comfy.
Shower had mold on the groute between tiles and on the curtain. We found a to-go box of food in the fridge that was moldy.
Breakfast was good. Beds and pillows were comfy. Staff was very friendly. We had issues with mold in the shower, the night before with our stay here. We rebooted for another night cuz everything else was full. This room was cleaner and better.
This room was on the opposite side of the hall than the night before but traffic noise was loud on both sides of the building. They do provide a sound machine to help with it.
