Cons:

Pur room slept 6 but only had 3 towels, the location was horrible we could hear the cars on the freeway and speeding up to get on the freeway, there were groups of kids running the halls after 10pm no adult supervision letting thwir doors slam (i did co tact the front office after I asked the kids to stop and the staff did come up to check out the situation) , pool and hottub was small for the number of guests lack of towels in the pool area and kids left unattended, the breakfast had a decent variety but many items were gone when we went down at 9am, room was hot and stuffy it never got below 74 even tho we set temp lower.

I wouldn’t go back a second time
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Shower was dirty and had a slow drain. They tried to fox it but unsuccessful. Dirt Ring in tub and gross to shower in. Hair in bathroom when we arrived. Didn’t feel cleaned well

Great night stay!
Pros:

The Hyatt Place in Canton was a great hotel to stay at for the night. The hotel was beautiful. It included an indoor pool, complimentary breakfast, restaurant and bar. The staff were all extremely welcoming to myself and my service dog. The grounds were well maintained as well. Zero complaints! Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was not up to Hyatt standards.
Pros:

Breakfast was a major disappointment. Food was not hot and coffee was only luke warm. Wi Fi connections at the hotel were terrible. Room was clean and well stocked with towels, and office staff were pleasant and helpful but could not make up for the hotel deficiencies.

Clean facility but horrible location i won't be staying again.

Pros:

Nice enough facility.

Cons:

We could not sleep because a man was yelling continuously down the hall even though we called for a noise complaint. I was woken up many times through the night/early morning due to this gentleman.

Fine stay
Pros:

Newer building, close to Hall of Fame (few minutes on neighborhood streets or could take highway one exit to it. Restaurants nearby. Quiet. Comfy beds. Shower had good pressure and was great for tall guests.

Cons:

Small parking lot. Disjointed lot had some smaller parking (but probably not the hotel's property) with a burger joint and coffee place across it.

One surprise after another
Pros:

When I arrived, I was told that the power was out in the hotel, then I was told that the power came back on at 9 AM. Every room was noisy. Finally, they put me in a room on the side of the hotel and it was tolerable. But that room was dirty. The manager came into the room and cleaned the desks. Then I discovered that the tissues in the tissue dispenser were wet and moldy after I’d already used them. At breakfast, they served freeze dried, scrambled eggs, and burnt turkey bacon.
