In data 8 gennaio abbiamo effettuato una prenotazione insieme alla mia famiglia. Al momento dell’arrivo non avevamo con noi i passaporti, ma eravamo in possesso dei nostri permessi di soggiorno tedeschi validi e li abbiamo mostrati alla reception.
Nonostante ciò, il personale della reception ci ha trattati in modo molto scortese e ha rifiutato di accettarci, pur avendo con noi documenti di identità validi. Ho insistito più volte, dato che era molto tardi, chiedendo di chiamare la polizia per chiarire la situazione, ma la mia richiesta è stata ignorata.
Siamo stati mandati via dall’hotel insieme alla mia famiglia e siamo stati trattati molto male. Successivamente ho constatato che la prenotazione è stata cancellata con addebito.
Ritengo di non essere tenuto a pagare tale importo. In caso contrario, presenterò un reclamo formale alle autorità competenti contro questa struttura.
Non parlando italiano, ho chiesto ripetutamente che venisse chiamata la polizia; tuttavia, il personale ha fatto uscire me e mia figlia dall’edificio e ha chiuso la porta dietro di noi.

Vergognoso Hotel sporco appena siamo entrati in stanza una puzza assurda di sigaretta e ci stavano mangiando le cimici ci sentivamo pizzicare ovunque in 10 minuti a mezzanotte con 2 bambini abbiamo subito abbandonato L'hotel il pavimento sporchissimo, Hotel Scandaloso e vergognoso, dopo aver effettuato il pagamento ho richiesto di rimborsarmi L'importo appena pagato, ovviamente si sono rifiutati di rimborsarmi nonostante non abbia usufruito di nulla dopo tutto lo schifo visto sono subito scappato via con la famiglia, ve la sconsiglio struttura scandalosa!

Находиться в жопе мира. Вечером на улице полно гопников. От метро можно не дойти
