Nice little hotel, but could use some work in various areas.
Pros:

The hotel was well maintained and was in an excellent location.

Cons:

The breakfast was very disappointing. The food was substandard and was not very well maintained. Also, you had to request that your room be cleaned each day. That should absolutely be something done every day without having to request it!

Perfectly nice overnight
Pros:

Floyd is an old town trying to reimagine itself as a crunchy place. During my weekday overnight, it was pretty much as dead as the cemetery outside my room except for the pretty good Mexican restaurant close by. The room was clean and comfortable and the AC minisplit worked well. Pleasant folks at the front desk. Included breakfast was OK. About $20-25 overpriced.
