مازال حديث والكثير من العرب فيه
اولا الموظفين في الاستقبال تعاملهم سيئ جداً
ثانياً الحمامات في الغرف رائحتها كريها جداً
ثالثاً موقع الفندق ليس على الشارع العام في داخل الحواري حيث يصعب الوصول اليه
رابعاً البوفيه لا يوجد به خيارات كثيره والطعام ليش جيداً

الممر او الطريق للفندق لو راح تقضيها مشي من السوق و الفندق ممر ضيق و زحمة احيانا بسبب السيارات و المشاه
اغلب سكان الفندق من الجالية محدده الي عاملين ربشة الفتره الاخيره ( جروبات )
الاستقبال يكون مكتض فيهم وعاملين تكتولات وما يخلوك تتكلم مع الاستقبال لو كانو موجودين من كثرة كلامهم و اسئلتهم ع اساس هم ملاك الفندق و اذا شفت واحد منفعل مع الاستقبال انسى موضوعك اذكنت جاي تسفسر من الاستقبال وقضي امورك ورجع بعدين
Staff was great, rooms are clean,beds were comfortable (hard to find this is Thailand) room was spacious, location is perfectly located for easy access to everything you want. Wifi was fast and efficient.

Good arrangement in our room for our anniversary celebration. decent breakfast available. Provided us with umbrella as it was raining
The location was a bit off the main road which is good and bad because it took us a lot of walking to get to a cab and to the metro. But its still decent walkable

El personal muy poco dispuesto a resolver problemas. Hasta que no nos pusimos firmes nos querían hacer dormir en camas dobles cuando eran twins. Cuando nos pusimos firmes, lo solucionaron enseguida. No se entendía el porqué.

كثرة السياح الهنود في الفندق أصواتهم مرتفعه مما يتسبب في عدم اريحية المقيمين المعتادين على الهدوء والراحة، بعض السياح الهنود مزعجين حتى مع موظفي الفندق
Everything is excellent. The staff are accommodative & professional. Breakfast is amazing.
the location is good. it is close to soy 11 and there are many nightlife facilities. it is not on the street so the location is quiet. the only thing is the distance from bts "nana" - when you have luggage, take a tuktuk. other wise you can stride for 10 minutes.

1. the hotel's kitchen is "halal" - no pork.
2. the choice is not rich
3. for me the breakfast was ok but not satisfying
