I had an outstanding experience thanks to Aommie from Dining Services and her supervisor, Poy. From the moment we arrived, Aommie was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. She made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her friendly attitude, attention to detail, and sincere care for guests truly stood out.

Poy was equally impressive as a supervisor—professional, supportive, and clearly leading by example. It’s easy to see that the excellent service provided by the team reflects strong leadership and dedication to hospitality. Together, Aommie and Poy created a wonderful dining experience that was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.

Thank you both for your exceptional service. You are a true credit to the Dining Services team, and I highly recommend this establishment because of staff members like you!

Convenient, comfortable, and well worth it
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are comfortable, the internet is fast, and the breakfast buffet is quite tasty. We used the laundry service and were satisfied with everything. I recommend this hotel.

Overall good stay! Lots of Indians so do what you want with that information

Outstanding customer service! Staff is super nice!

Cons:

All the Indians coming up to me when I’m outside relaxing on the patio. Outside of the hotel fine, I understand. But walking onto the hotel property. Disappointed me.
