Frühstück sehr reichhaltig,Zimmer sauber und ordentlich, Wer die Nähe zum Zentrum und zum Grünen sucht ist hier richtig

Pros:

Es hat und wirklich sehr gut gefallen.
Da Personal sehr freundlich und behilflich. Das Zimmer top. Ein sehr schönes geräumiges Bad, mit großer Dusche.
Ein sehr gutes Frühstück in einem sehr angenehmen Ambiente. Der schöne Biergarten amn der Spree.
Am Abreisetag haben wir noch eine Bootstour vom Bootsverleih am Hotel gemacht. Auch sehr zu empfehlen. Das Auto könnte noch den ganzen Tag kostenlos auf dem Parkplatz stehenbleiben.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder.

Cons:

Von der Straße die Einfahrt zu finden. Wir waren dran vorbei gefahren. Die Ausschilderung könnte etwas besser sein. Aber nicht schlimm.

Pros:

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Essen war unglaublich lecker.
Das Zimmer war großzügig und beinhaltete alles was man benötigt.

Pros:

-Schöne Terrasse zum Frühstück
-schöne Lage am Hafen, aber nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe von Restaurants,Cafés etc

Cons:

-eine Extragebühr für ein Baby
- kein stimmiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
- Reinigung nur alle zwei Tage, sehr einfache Zimmer, kein Frühstück inklusive etc passt nicht so dem hohen Zimmerpreis
- kein Privatbalkon in den Zimmern mit Flussblick mit Balkon. Der Balkon ist offen. Leute sind über unseren Balkon an unser Balkontür vorbeigelaufen. Das müsste in den Fotos und der Zimmerbeschreibung ersichtlich sein.

Super Team von früh bis abends, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, gute Lage, schönes Zimmer !
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, für jeden Geschmack; im Zimmer war alles in Ordnung,Sauberkeit war sehr gut, Balkon mit Blick aufs Wasser war top, die Lage ist gut.

Schönes Zimmer mit neuem Bad und geräumiger Dusche, kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Blick auf den hell beleuchteten Parkplatz und keine ausreichende Verdunklung durch die Vorhänge, dadurch nachts im Zimmer relativ hell.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Der Ausblick war einstürzende Gebäude ( siehe Fotos).
Somit hätten wir uns den Balkon sparen können.
