The staff were friendly without being intrusive. Always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was good, with breakfast to order. Bed was excellent and the air-conditioning was a god send in the Hanoi heat. A sanctuary after a busy day. Despite being in a busy part of Hanoi our rooms were quiet.

The property was good value for money and in a nice central location. It has AC and all the amenities you need for a short break.
The room we were in had an adjoining door and very thin walls. This meant that we heard a lot of noise from people in the corridor and even just in their room with the tv on. This happened both late at night and early in the morning.
The breakfast buffet was very limited, as seems to be the case in Vietnam generally.

Fantastic location right in the best part of the city. Well sound proofed so you don’t hear all the traffic downstairs. Big clean room with a bath which is great when it’s cold in Hanoi
