Bom hotel, checkin bastante confuso para estrangeiros. Ficamos os primeiros dias na segunda torre, o que é ruim pois o café da manhã e academia são na torre principal e precisa andar um pouco. Quarto confortável mas com cheiro de cigarro.

Very nice hotel choice. The hotel lobby and surrounding Lakeview is very nice. The Lakeview rooms had a nice view. The Chinese restaurant with its high ceilings was beautiful. If you want a private room at the Chinese restaurant, make sure to reserve ahead of time and make the request for a Lakeview private room. A very nice hotel if you are looking for an all in one place to stay and don't want to venture too far. We stayed with our elderly parents in adjoining rooms, and it was a perfect choice since it is hard for them to walk too far outside the hotel. The hotel staff helped move us to adjoining rooms after we saw that our original rooms were too far from eachother. The facilities were very nice. Parking was super convenient.

Our room had an issue with water pressure for our toilet and the staff changed us to a new room with a beautiful view. Was very happy about the room with the view. I stayed before at this hotel. I remember there being some aromatherapy options you could ask for, but couldn’t seem to find it this time. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much. Crowne hotel is a good quality hotel. Would recommend it with confidence.
