Just horrible

Cons:

Ive stayed here many times. Always get what's expected for this price range. This stay was horrible. Filthy room, dead cockroaches everywhere, ac barely worked, and leaked gallons of water all over the floor overnight. Toilet falling off the floor, filthy walls and floors. Also, could not accommodate a 1st floor request when there was literally NO ONE staying there. Complete waste of money. That room is disgusting.

Bugs. Staff never came to clean room. Never was given any towels or toiletries the whole week. AC leaked water all over the floor bo one seemed to care. I booked this based on the star rating which is a lie. Staff are on a screen looked in a room for their safety i assume. Very terrible experience. I was in a tight so i had to suffer through it. Do yourself a favor and spend just a little more for something else

Pros:

Location and price, Leo of the remote kiosk was friendly and helpful. I dont have much of an issue with the accents and there is a fairly accurate script on the screen. The room cleaners were very friendly but need more attention to the floors.

A good value for the deal
Pros:

The check in process was simple. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and was spacious.

Cons:

The lights unplugged when we entered. Had to fumble around in the dark with my phone flashlight to get them plugged back in.
